We have placed it in the bedroom and mainly use it during the summer, it truly is one of the best purchases we have made.
We use it at night at 26-27 degrees, activate the Quiet and Sleep mode, and you really sleep wonderfully all night, without feeling cold at all, and it gives the sensation of a nice coolness.
The application with WiFi is very convenient, we activate it from the road and it cools down by the time we return, I have never encountered any problems with the application.
The description of the dimensions of the indoor unit you have is not accurate... I assume it refers to the smaller model of the 18000btu... I bought the 24,000btu one and the length of the indoor unit is about 112cm... not 103 as it says here... I didn't take the other measurements, as well as the outdoor unit, because I'm not interested... but the length almost caused me damage... luckily the technician managed to make it work with great difficulty...
I bought the 18,000 BTU air conditioner in November 2021 at a Black Friday price! I used it all last winter and the summer of 2022!
I have it in a room of about 45 square meters, a living room-kitchen hallway, in an area near the sea with thermal insulation on the house!
It is flawless! Obviously, it is beautiful and the outdoor unit impresses me, as some say it makes noise, but I don't hear it particularly, maybe the installation has an issue!
In terms of electricity consumption, I now pay less than I did with the radiators I had before I bought it, and I have warmth all day (I keep it on all day at 21-22 degrees in the morning and 25 degrees at night).
Also, the dehumidification works perfectly, I operate it every 2-3 days in winter, and then it performs better.
On the unit's screen, you can see the current room temperature.
Also, when I changed internet providers, which means the Wi-Fi changed (passwords, etc.), there was an issue and the app couldn't be reconfigured at all. What I did was open the plastic cover of the unit and remove the USB inside, then put it back in, and it started working perfectly from the beginning!
This is very helpful in general because when you're away for 2-3 days in winter, you can open it through the app and come back to a warm house!
In terms of cooling, it also has excellent performance.

From the first minute, it has a malfunction issue. They will change a component and that is acceptable. But if the problem continues, they should change another component... and that's when the difficult part begins. I didn't work on it at all... and they have to fix the entire outdoor unit, cut pipes, glue, and make it like a 10-year-old machine and more. If they don't change the outdoor unit... I will throw it from the third floor and upload a video on all the sites. That's it... and because I am familiar with this job, I know the fix... In the end, I was unfairly stressed... the company will change the outdoor unit... as every professional should do!! Now the unit can drop to 700 BTU in operation, but other models drop to 350... this is a disadvantage for me... it means that in mild weather, for example during heating, it had to shut down perfectly, like a conventional air conditioner... besides, a machine dropping to 350 BTU means less noise and a more stable temperature in the room... if I had noticed this, I wouldn't have chosen it... of course, when it's 14 degrees outside... it never needs to turn off, it always works but at a low 700 BTU... this works as a minimum of an 8, while others work as a 5... this means that it stops, starts, and has a 2-degree temperature difference, resulting in a noticeable temperature difference and in practice, for a short time, the temperature difference becomes even greater... this feeling is not pleasant at all... in the sleep mode, there is a setting for a temperature difference smaller than 2 degrees, but it doesn't specify how much... and this is only during specific sleep hours, which are specified in the menu from 9 pm to 9 am. This option should have been available at all hours, for example, for someone who sleeps during the day due to work... and the option for the temperature difference should have been selectable for all hours... In heating, my parents complain that it blows cold air (possibly during startup). Of course, in the specifications, it says that this problem is solved with the smart sensor (of course, this is ridiculous and should exist in all machines and not be mentioned as an extra function). I will monitor it better if I find the time because it is very annoying if it happens... If I knew, I wouldn't have chosen it... I would have looked for another model from the company... Some cracking noises are heard at random times, even when the indoor unit is not working... I hope they stop at some point... My space is 50 square meters with a side of 9 meters and a balcony... without insulation... and at this moment, with an external temperature of 16 degrees, the unit is stopped... and this is because it cannot drop to 350 BTU operation... the indoor unit starts the fan without the element being heated, resulting in cold air blowing for a long time at the beginning... meaning it showed 20 and while I asked for 23 from the moment I turned it on, the fan started... The outdoor unit has been changed, but unfortunately, there is still a small noise in the pipes that is annoying!!!!! If you ask me, I would say that next time I would buy a more reputable brand... I have had the 12-inch for a year and a half now. I use it very minimally, mostly in the summer. Almost not at all in the winter. I am very satisfied with its performance, noise, and beauty, but it has a serious drawback!!! Its application constantly loses its settings. With a little effort, I would fix it again, but now I can't even log into my account. This results in me not being able to operate it through WiFi. It's a shame because it was one of the reasons I chose it!
It has a serious issue with heating performance. For some reason, its sensor detects incorrect temperatures. For example, in the room, I have 16 degrees measured with an indoor thermometer, but this one shows 24 degrees and stops working.
They encountered a problem with two Dark models (12 and 9). The official service replaced the circuit board, but since then it does not produce any warm air beyond one meter, even though it operates at the highest setting. The responsible service technician blamed the technician recommended by the store, saying that he did not ground it during installation. Inventor does not recognize the problem, as the service measurements show that everything is functioning as it should, and they also attributed it to the technician for not grounding it during installation. Be careful where you decide to invest your money.
Update 22/01/2022: On 19-1-22, I asked the same technician who installed it to check it. Inventor sent a new sensor. Today, on 22-1-22, the sensor was installed, but it still malfunctions when set to HEAT. Everything works perfectly in the cold.
Update 11/02/2022: Inventor sent a new circuit board and sensors to the store owner. Today, on 11/2/2022, the same technician who installed it came again. We both noticed a slight improvement, but it still malfunctions.
Update 10-3-2022: Today I was informed that they will not repair or replace the two faulty air conditioners. No time had even passed. A very wrong investment of money.
Final update 6-4-2022: I was looking for a new air conditioner and in my research, I learned that:
In other cases where customers have a new air conditioner that has a problem that was not solved by replacing parts (e.g., installing a new circuit board), either the dealership or the store fully replaces the internal (or external) unit. In my case, neither the dealership nor the store took responsibility.

Excellent design, in heating it is very weak, it takes a long time to warm up the space and it's not particularly warm. Works perfectly in cooling during the summer. Relatively quiet.
The review concerns the 24, which covers a living room and kitchen of about 35 sqm and is intended to also cover a hallway in the house, especially for the summer months. The purchase was made after extensive research. The main thing is the 10-year warranty for all parts. The wifi connected immediately and works perfectly. Personally, I don't consider the external unit to be noisy, although in general, I believe that no matter what machine you use, it will never be completely silent. The internal unit is truly quiet. So far, it has been used for heating and it does what it promises. It warms up the house in a few minutes. What I notice is that even if you set the temperature, it goes up by 1.5 degrees and then stops. To start again, it needs to drop 2 degrees from what you have set. The only thing left is to see the reliability over time and the customer service if needed.

The external unit started making loud noise intermittently, especially on cold days. After contacting the dealership, they concluded that the external unit needed to be replaced without any additional cost, of course. Immediate service and replacement with expedited procedures

Hello, I bought the 18-inch design and it's perfect, although in the advertisement they show it with blue LED lights.
For heating, it's very good and it warms up 50 square meters with an external temperature of 2 degrees.
As for the external unit, I am not satisfied at all. It makes a lot of noise and you can hear the inverter inside the house, even with an 8-inch insulation. If noise bothers you, don't choose this one, get another one.
I haven't tried it for cooling yet.
This year I decided to change all 5 air conditioners in my house, so I installed a Toshiba Daiseikai 16 in the living room (it is together with the central kitchen), a Toshiba Daiseikai 10 in one of the 2 bedrooms I have, a Mitsubishi Ruby 12 in the other bedroom, and a Mitsubishi Black 12 in the office I have at home. So the second kitchen was left, for which I didn't want to spend a lot of money, so I bought the Inventor Dark 12 (I liked the design).
Compared to the others I bought, it simply doesn't have the same performance, it doesn't have the same noise levels, it doesn't have the same build quality. Obviously, since it costs almost half the price of all the others. However, I can't avoid making a comparison and that's the issue. If I was only replacing 15-year-old machines and went only there, yes, it would be day and night, but since I bought 5 different machines, it becomes a perhaps not so fair comparison on my part.
However, it is good for its price, yes, in terms of performance it may not be the best, but in terms of appearance, it surpasses the Daiseikai and competes head-to-head with the Mitsubishi Ruby and Black that I have.

Installed the 24,000 BTU in a 50 sqm living room. Installation with a 7-meter distance between the indoor and outdoor units, with rubber bases on the legs of the outdoor unit in a fixed position on the terrace. During installation, we also installed a vacuum pump to ensure that the piping is free of air as specified by the manufacturer. Absolutely no noise or vibration from the indoor and outdoor units, and the cooling works from 25 to 27 degrees with perfectly satisfactory results. I will provide feedback on heating when the time comes. I would like to add that after use, I am quite satisfied with only one issue - the temperature displayed on the remote control is different from the unit.
The external unit makes a lot of noise, especially at low temperatures where the motor works continuously, resulting in the whole apartment building vibrating.... Very disappointing... I will definitely uninstall it, as the complaints and protests from the neighbors are daily.
The worst choice I could have made. I bought two, one 24 and one 12, for the bedroom and the living room. Both are very noisy. The external units transfer noise inside the house as if the whole house is being tuned. The house has insulation of 8, yet there is still a disturbing noise.
I have used the machine for both cooling and heating. I have the 18,000 BTU model. It is quiet, the external blinds are automatic (obviously), and the internal ones have the option to differentiate between left and right. In other words, it is not just left-right simultaneously, but the left ones can look left and the right ones can look right. So, if you have it in the center of a room, it can evenly distribute the air to all sides. The Wi-Fi is very good, it connects easily and works without any problems from anywhere. It has excellent performance both in cooling and heating, where in very cold temperatures (and with snow on the unit because it was on a rooftop!!!) I had great heating (as great as it can be from an air conditioner). Overall, it is worth its money and I do not regret buying it (it is not cheap for an 18,000 BTU model). I would buy it in 9,000 or 12,000 BTU if I need to replace the ones I have.
Perfect air conditioner in terms of design, cooling performance, and quietness indicated as "quite". The WiFi feature is very convenient as it can be activated wherever you are outside the house, and when you come home, you find it cool. I haven't used it for heating yet, but of course, I will install another one from the same company in another room.
In a store, installation of a 32 square.. super!!! Only this I have to say in a heatwave the day before yesterday, only I was working normally!!! It's worth the money!!! In cooling, it is excellent except for the noise, which is quite loud on the large staircase, in auto mode, and when it is on all day there is no issue.
In heating, I expected more to maintain a stable temperature of 22 degrees. It works quite well, but I realized it from the increased electricity bill, which was 30% higher.

Air conditioner for demanding needs.
I have a 9 in the bedroom, the premium one which has some creaking, but it's fine. When I needed a replacement for a part, they changed it for free and without any hassle. So, I also got the dark one for the living room, which is beautiful and completely silent inside and out, without any creaking. It has many settings and a 10-year warranty on everything, so I'm covered no matter what happens. The only downside is the huge remote control. The Wi-Fi connected easily, but it doesn't have the same app as the premium one
Interesting design of the internal unit. In silent mode... it is silent. The external unit "purrs" a little, but it doesn't cause any problems. The remote control is very large, and seems to be made for serving people with impaired vision. The WiFi connection is very easy, but the app is not compatible with Alexa or Google Home.
The purchase was made on Black Friday, so I only have an opinion on heating and not on cooling. I have the 24,000 BTU model for a living room/kitchen of about 65 square meters. Overall, I am satisfied as it produces enough warmth! The indoor unit displays the room temperature and not the one you set on the air conditioner, so this helps you know the temperature in your space. The issue that has arisen is that within 5 minutes, the temperature sensor goes from 19 to 26 and then drops back to 19 again! (even though when it shows 26, it feels like it's at most 20 degrees) It is likely a problem with the circuit board, as we were informed by the company. They even said they will replace it immediately and install a more modern one, which I hope will solve the problem. It should be noted that the F 11 error code has appeared, so it is likely that the product I received is defective. Despite this, I recommend it for its low consumption and any issues that arise will be resolved by the company...
Completely silent operation indoors even in extreme heating and cooling settings, the wifi setup is very easy as long as you have some experience in device pairing.

The iPhone app is not one of the best as it fails to connect on the first try when you are away from home.
The dimensions at 24000 are quite large, not small but not the smallest available either.
The installation of the outdoor unit was done hanging without any anti-vibration measures included, yet it does not have any vibrations.
I believe the POWER function is turbo, although it is not mentioned in the manual (what it does).
It is possible that it does not have a fan function (I haven't found it yet), it is probably covered by the SMART function.
The indoor unit requires a little attention in cleaning as it leaves marks on the glass cover.
The 10-year warranty only applies if electronic registration is done with the inventor.
In a 60 sqm living room, it heats up in 5 minutes without insulation. Beautiful at very low noise levels. In a 55 square meter living room, the heating performance is minimal. It barely reaches 26 degrees after 2 hours!!! The cooling is better. Sometimes, the blinds make noise when they are moved.
