Very convenient and nice size. It is stable and makes proper contact. The only reason to change it would be to get the same but with an SD card slot.

I have it for almost 2 years. Flawless, no problem, I use it extensively and it has never disappointed me so far. It does get very hot, but it hasn't caused any issues and it still functions just as effectively, meaning its performance doesn't decrease when it overheats!

Very high quality construction and satisfactory size.
I haven't encountered any issues after 2 years of use.
The only thing worth noting is that the USB C port it has is for charging the computer or another device, and not for data transfer.

Surely it is well-designed and does most of what it says, just be careful that the USB-A ports do not charge iPads and charge mobile phones very slowly. Satechi says it on their website, but the store where I bought it did not mention it anywhere.

I bought this adapter for a 20 MacBook Pro 13in and when I connected it to a Dell 27in that I have at home, it initially worked fine but after 5 seconds it started to show snow. The HDMI cable I was using was fine as I had it for a while and used it with my previous laptop. I was ready to return it but I went to the office and tried it with the monitors and cables there, and it worked fine on both screens I have there, with different HDMI cables. So I got one of those and tried it at home and it worked fine with it (the HDMI cable)! So try changing the cable if you have any issues! I don't use it much because I bought a Thunderbolt USB-C cable and I have that. (I didn't know that with one cable I could charge from the screen, display on the screen, and use the USB ports on the screen)

It is quite small and thin and fits easily in all cases/bags. Lightweight. It is made of aluminum and has exactly the same color as the corresponding silver. I bought it for the MacBook Air 2019. I use it daily for a month now and it works very well. The USB ports are small/narrow and my flash drive and USB cables do not easily fit in/out.
