    First of all, it is a protein complex of isolated casein, hydrolyzed milk Pepto Pro, and BCAAs. It has very low carbohydrates and fats, suitable for people on a diet or who exercise but have a low metabolism. The peptides of PeptoPro are the fastest source of amino acids for the muscles. It comes in many flavors, but personally, I like vanilla ice cream.

    It has by far the best solubility compared to any other protein I have tried.
