Disadvantages: The battery - with a capacity of 90 mAh - lasts 6-7 days and charges in about an hour and a half. Note that below 10%, it does not function, it only shows the time on the screen until you charge it.

The screen is not touch-sensitive, does not have very good visibility in outdoor spaces, and has a circular button for menu navigation, with which there is no option to go back, so you have to go through the entire cycle to go back.

Having purchased the Xiaomi Band 5 for my wife, I tried it with the Xiaomi app and now I use it as it has reliable measurements, a better screen, and more details in all the measurements it takes.
