It fits easily in the backpack because one goes inside the other and fastens. It has been used in the fire. It does not blacken.

Good caravan with plenty of space for food. The only negative is that it doesn't secure well. The 2 clips it has don't fasten securely, so I had to use a rubber band to secure it.
