Articles in the press and studies on the degenerative and decadent symptoms of the political system, on the futility of revisions, but also on the impressive, despite the crisis, resilience of the Constitution. Greek constitutionalism conversed, amidst Memoranda, opposed the current, with flexibility and gentleness with European and global constitutionalism. It did not simply withstand, it adapted.
The same is evident from the constitutional studies of the volume: on the relations between State and Church, on issues of bioethics and biotechnology, on the right to life, reproduction and procreation, on the treatment of immigration, on the rights of the mentally ill, on the political unification of Europe. At a time when the endless twilight of the Metapolitefsi leaves us overwhelmed by feelings of political melancholy and disappointment, the expectation of a Post-Metapolitefsi political system swells within us.
