The only negative thing is that the back doesn't go up, but otherwise very good and light compared to an older one I had with wooden legs.
I am very satisfied with this purchase. Because it weighs 13 kilograms, I was worried that it would move and creak during the session - I don't know if it matters that the sessions happened on a carpet - but I consider it a flawless product!!! For even lighter weight, I don't carry the extras - headrest and armrest - and any customer can add a wrapped towel to the large face hole, it's really worth it!!!
I bought it in April 2021. For the money I paid, I was satisfied. It is lightweight, durable, and comfortable for the customer. The carrying bag with the strap is incredibly convenient for me when I transport it. This year, I will need to replace it as the foam on the mattress has worn out. For everyday use due to work, it was worth every penny and more.
The only negative thing I could say is that the hole for the face was hard. The foam did not fully cover the hard plate in the hole, resulting in the part where the chin rests being hard.
Value for money, the only negative thing is that the position of the pillow cannot be adjusted. The position is uncomfortable. The only negative thing.
