Preparation
Holes and tears
- Create support with adhesive tape
- Fill the gap and the area 6mm around it
- Keep the spot horizontal and still
- Remove the tape after the “curing” is complete (8-12 hours)
Patch Placement
- Apply Seam Grip® and then place the patch over the damaged area
- Wipe off the excess around the edges
- The item can be used immediately
High-stress points
- Apply a thin layer of Seam Grip® to the area
Seams
- Apply Seam Grip® to the inside of the seam
- Use a brush or apply a thin layer directly from the tube
Drying Time
- Wait 8 to 12 hours
- Check before use
- Uncured Seam Grip® may stick to clothes or other items
Patch drying time
- In many cases, if the patch is used on fabric, the item can be used immediately
- Regularly check the patches
