Completely unacceptable product. I received it on 21/12/23 and on 27/12/23 (yes, 6 days later) as I was pouring hot water (emphasis on hot, not boiling), the inner glass broke. During the 6 days that I used it, the temperature retention of the tea was downright tragic as it would cool down within an hour. Before purchasing it, I used a thermos from a well-known German chain store with a yellow and blue logo, which cost 1/3 of the price and had significantly better temperature retention. I would not buy it again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I would buy it again. It does what it promises. Just be careful to press the metal inside the tea well, to close it properly, so that you don't have any leaks when you turn it upside down. It applies perfectly with a little force.
