Pleasant tasting I take it after eating a plain low fat yoghurt for breakfast. Hair is shinier, hair loss stops and new baby hair growth. They taste amazing like Haribos. My nails are stronger and my skin feels elastic. I take it 2 months on 1 month off because of fear of losing so much hair again. I saw results after first bottle.

Perfect taste and very pleasant that you eat a gummy instead of a pill as usual. However, I didn't see any crazy difference, maybe if I tried a second package I would have a more complete opinion.

The taste is very nice. It is convenient to chew two gummies instead of swallowing large pills or something in effervescent form. It does not cause any disturbance in the stomach. However, after finishing the second bottle, there is absolutely no change in the hair or reduction in hair loss.
