  This is a bad purchase.
  On the back, it has a micro USB port for charging the battery (only cable included), an ON-OFF button, a WiFi ON-OFF button, a reset button, and a MicroSD memory card slot.
  The camera does not come with a power supply. You will need a cheap 5V-1A mobile charger if you want to keep it on continuously. Otherwise, its battery lasts less than 2 hours, and the battery indicator is not accurate. Also, if the battery runs out, it shuts down, and even if you plug it into the charger, it does not open in the application. It requires ON-OFF from the camera button.
  POSITIVES: It has poor sound and average image quality, but these are acceptable for such an economical camera.
  NEGATIVES: Poor mobile application, whether it is eye4 or O-KAM. I managed to add the camera to the application relatively easily the first time. When it disconnected and the app did not show it online, I had to remove the camera and then struggled for hours to add it again. The instructions that come with the packaging are unclear. The application is the same. After resetting the camera by pressing a small recessed button on the back, the application requires scanning the QR code on the sticker on the camera and then having the camera, mobile, and router nearby. The mobile emits a sound that the camera must catch for the app to register and add the camera. It is completely illogical for the camera to capture high-frequency sounds from the mobile speaker to be recognized by the app and added. It requires two steps. The other way is after resetting the camera by pressing the small recessed button on the back, you need to search for and connect to the camera's WiFi signal, enter your router's password in the application when prompted, disconnect from the camera's WiFi, and then reconnect the mobile to your own router to view the camera, if everything goes well. Otherwise, start over. And in the meantime, you have to listen to incomprehensible instructions in English with Chinese pronunciation from the camera's microscopic speaker. The BIGGEST PROBLEM with the camera, which makes it essentially useless, is that if there is a wall thicker than 15cm between the router and the camera, the camera disconnects from the router, the application shows it as offline, and if this continues for a while, the camera no longer reconnects to the WiFi network you have set for it and requires a hard ON-OFF from the small button on the back, next to the USB power port. Also, if it does not detect motion for a while, it goes into sleep mode, which means it goes out of function again. This means that if you have placed it high or hidden it, you will have to remove it from that spot to access the ON-OFF button. Especially if you are far away from home. The camera is then essentially closed. In other words, it is unsuitable for surveillance cameras. So what is the point of having the camera? Even if something happens in front of the camera that will "wake it up," the camera may take up to 5 minutes to activate and appear online in the application, so it is not suitable for surveillance. The thief has taken it and left.
  Read reviews of the eye4 application on Google Play, and you will understand.
  Inside the application, there is supposedly online help, but no Chinese person ever responded to me. I tried to purchase cloud service, and I cannot. It gives a notification in Chinese that the service is not available. So, zero support.
  I wasted a lot of valuable time and € on a camera and an extra power supply that was not worth it.
