The side is medium to soft which simply does not exist. It is 100% the same on both sides, concrete arm. It may be quality, it may not be, time will tell. I wouldn't call it a mattress, otherwise I would put a mattress topper and sleep on the floor

I think the foam technology without springs fits better to my body and provides me with incredible comfort. What is also impressive is that you can literally stand next to a glass of water and it hardly moves at all. I am very satisfied so far
