Very nice and high-quality product. It is easily installed, the dimensions are as described, the lid is removable, making it easy to clean and reposition. It is made of nice plastic that doesn't make noise, and it has a soft close system that takes time to close.

First of all, I have to say that the product is exactly as described in terms of dimensions. It is made by a Greek company and that counts (I will explain later). Installation and cleaning are extremely easy. It is the best product available for €37 in terms of quality-price ratio. That's all regarding the product.
As for the companies Finezza Home (the store where I purchased the product) and Elvit (the manufacturing factory), they were EXCELLENT. I ordered the product and it arrived quickly, despite living on an island. In the package with the accessories, half of the plastic was missing, as seen in the photo due to a machine error during cutting. I was disappointed because I thought, "How am I going to solve this now?" Without wasting any time, I called the store and they immediately contacted the factory. They sent me another package of accessories within a few days. When the package arrived, there was a mistake made by the shipping company and there were recipient charges. I called the company again and within half an hour, they contacted the shipping company and I was able to receive it for free. Of course, the package did not contain exactly the same accessories, so I had to call the company again. Ms. Eleni, who assisted me throughout this process, was a PROFESSIONAL. Within fifteen minutes, she had already contacted Elvit and sent me photos and instructions for the new accessories (different but better and reinforced). Here, I want to mention what I said at the beginning about the Greek company, that when something is manufactured here, there is the possibility of being supported in such matters. If it had been from abroad, I don't think I would have solved it even in a month (if at all).
I could have just mentioned all of this and simply written "excellent service." But I believe it is worth writing a good review when we encounter professionals. WELL DONE!

But what can I do when we sit and it starts sliding off from one side? The screws loosen (I haven't had it for even 1 month and I've already tightened them twice) and it's a struggle to realign and screw them again. I don't know if it's the poor usage instructions that are to blame.
Obviously, it needs some rubber for better tightening, but I don't have much experience with those, if it has it. If someone has the same problem and found a solution, please write it.
Update: in the past few days, after tightening the screws very strongly, it seems somewhat better, but I feel like it's only a matter of time before it happens again. Hopefully, I'm wrong. The steering wheel and the lid have a soft closure (except for the child's steering wheel) which so far has not caused any issues. Ask for the productΌταν λέει στις διαστάσεις 40-44 εκατοστά, αυτό γίνεται με προσαρμογή στην τοποθέτηση ή είναι με διαφορετικές διαστάσεις και παραγγέλνεις αυτό που ταιριάζει στη δίκη σου λεκάνη;
Το πήρα για τον εγγονό μου. Τοποθετήθηκε εύκολα στη λεκάνη, δεν είχε πρόβλημα. (προφανώς οι διαστάσεις που αναφέρει ο κατασκευαστής αφορούν την εφαρμογή σε μια τυπική λεκάνη, μέσου μεγέθους). Για την χρήση δεν μπορώ να πω κάτι ακόμη. Το καπάκι είναι στη θέση του και περιμένει τον εγγονό μου να μεγαλώσει...?
Το πήραμε και μεις αλλά δυστυχώς μας χαλαρώνουν οι βίδες και κουνιέται από την θέση του, κάποιος που βρήκε λύση?
Κανένα πρόβλημα εδώ. Ίσως λίγο σφίξιμο παραπάνω;
Επειδή έχω δοκιμάσει άλλο ένα παρόμοιο. Το πρόβλημα που είχα ήταν ότι δεν άνοιγε το καπάκι σχεδόν καθόλου γιατι έβρισκε στο καζανάκι, κυρίώς επειδή ήταν κάπως χοντρό (λόγω τον 3 καπακιών στην ουσία). Ξέρει κανείς αν υπάρχει παρόμοιο θέμα με αυτό ή έστω μία διάσταση ύψους (πάχους);
3,8cm περίπου το πάχος και ναι έχει θέμα. Όχι λόγω πάχους αλλά επειδή το πρώτο κάθισμα για ενήλικες είναι πούπουλο. Στην αρχή που η βάση ήταν σφιχτή όλα καλά, στους 2μήνες ψάχνω τι να βάλω πάνω για να μη πέφτει. Αν δε το χαν βολευτεί τα παιδιά θα χε φάσει σουτ.
