It is the second gas grill that I buy. The first one was a portable one from Landmann.
As for this grill, I easily assembled it in 45 minutes by myself with just a Phillips screwdriver (+). The instructions were very detailed with diagrams. Just follow the steps one by one.
The only thing I couldn't find easily were the side shelves with the screws... I must be doing something wrong because they don't fit completely when they open, so as soon as you touch something, it closes.
It didn't come with a hose and valve. I bought the Coral Gas Prime 10-pack (49€ in total) which fits perfectly. It's very convenient. Refilling costs 26€ compared to the blue one which is 25€, but you save on screws, foam control, etc.
The stainless steel parts, lid, and door have a nice finish. CAUTION: Do not clean them with the abrasive side of the sponge. Not even on the inside of the lid, as it leaves scratches. The rest is painted gray. They seem to be of good quality. Time will tell.
The cast iron grates are satisfactory, but not heavy-duty.
The burners, although 3.6kw, I wouldn't say they are satisfactory for the size of the cooking surface because it easily loses temperature with a little air. I reached full heat in 15 minutes, with a little breeze, at 240 degrees.... A friend's Weber reached 300+ degrees in 10 minutes. I believe it's not the burners' fault but the box underneath that has so many holes and openings, unlike the Weber which is a solid mold.
It grills ALMOST the same on the entire surface because the flame tamer on the lid side creates a scissor-like effect, like a swallow's tail, so more heat escapes from there than from the vents of the flame tamer.
Cleaning it with pyrolysis, you leave the grill fully lit for about ten minutes to raise the temperature and turn the residues into charcoal, it's a piece of cake. If you don't want to waste a bottle of liquid for the grease, it cleans just as well because the drip tray covers the entire surface. The only negative thing was that you shouldn't have the bottle under the burners because it's too close, and you have to take it out, which means screwing and unscrewing... This problem, of course, was solved with the Coral Gas. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase, at this price (235€). Good grilling!

Today I pushed it to its limits. I grilled for over 3 hours (steaks, pork chops, ribs, skewers, sausages). The fat was dripping like a faucet! :-). I noticed 2 negatives among all the good things about the grill. The first one was with its thermometer, which started from 110°C. Then it went up normally. I believe it showed approximately the correct temperature when it went up.
In the end, it turned from the movement. I unscrewed it, opened the "ears" from the back, pulled out the metal plate, the thermometer came out with the glass, turned the dial and left it when 250°C was the peak. I screwed it back in, closed it, tightened it, and it was ready. :-)
The other and more important issue was that fat was leaking out of the sides of the grill. There is a construction mistake in the connection between the side metal plate and the back, and they left a small unnecessary gap. It was fixed with high-temperature adhesive. I don't know if that's the only issue. I will check it next time and if I find something, I will inform you.
Cleaning took about an hour. Even though I did pyrolysis, the grease didn't burn completely. It took a total of 20 minutes (not 10) at 300-350°C. However, I won't ruin the bottle just to avoid washing. A big bucket, warm water with vinegar, 20 minutes inside, scrubbing with a plastic brush, and voila! Covers and grates are spotless. Clean the rest with oven cleaner spray and wipe with a damp cloth (rinse and repeat). It will never be like new, but it's okay. Good baking. (Unfortunately, I can't add any more photos.)
