The 3 stars are given because the chair came with the wrong screws for the legs. We had to search and find similar screws. The process of returning the entire product was not possible as the supplier was unable to send the correct screws, which was deemed impractical.

As many have mentioned, the 12/16 screws for assembly were missing. I contacted the store where I bought it and the next day I had them. For the price of €70 that I bought it, it is worth its money.

For the cost (purchased for €78), it's great. It is exactly as it appears in the photos, it is very easy to assemble (finally a clear instruction manual - with drawings), I really liked that it is in 2 pieces and the arms are integrated with the seat and not screwed on. The package also includes the Allen key for assembly.
