Description

Revitalift Laser night serum with retinol from L’Oreal Paris. Enriched with 0.2% high-efficiency retinol. This night serum is enriched with pure retinol for a visible reduction of the deepest wrinkles and signs of skin aging. It is tested by an independent institute and has clinically proven effectiveness in reducing wrinkles. The skin is hydrated and appears more elastic and even.

Instructions for Use

Apply 3-4 drops to clean and dry skin at night before the night cream. Always apply a cream with at least SPF20 the next morning.

Week 1: Use the serum for 2 nights.
Week 2: Use the serum every other night.
Week 3: Use the serum every night, depending on your skin's tolerance.
It is normal to initially notice redness, a burning sensation, or dryness while using this serum. If this happens, stop using it for a few days and then use it less frequently. If the irritation is severe and persists, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Avoid sun exposure. Avoid contact with eyes and lips. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not use in combination with other retinol products.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with both the cream and the serum. I have sensitive skin, which means that initially I used it every 4 days, then every 3 days, and now day by day! It caused some irritation, but my skin truly feels like new!

After the very first night, I noticed a difference in my face. It was brighter and had a more even color (day by day there is even greater improvement) and it also works on wrinkles. From the beginning, I used it every night and I didn't have any problems with the retinol. My skin didn't get irritated or turn red. Of course, it's not the first time I've used a similar product and I didn't have any problems in the past either. But one thing is for sure, I will definitely buy it again when it runs out because I liked the result.

I did not peel, but this has to do with the skin, it does not mean that the product does not work... Don't let them fool you. On the contrary, after a severe acne breakout, it faded red marks from pimples and some raised marks that were created, it minimized them a lot, so that they are barely visible anymore. I don't have an opinion on wrinkles because I don't have any yet. It is ideal for introducing retinol as it contains 0.2%, which is a very small percentage and does not irritate. Always introduce retinol gradually, initially every four days and then reduce the days every two weeks until reaching the desired frequency. And DEFINITELY use sunscreen the next day, otherwise you're wasting your time and you will get burned.

It's not suitable for everyone and you need to know how to use it. At first, it needs to be applied every 4 days and always followed by moisturizing. Of course, it will peel off the first few times, but the skin will become new. It's better to avoid it during the summer and use a plant-based retinol called Bakuchiol, which is not affected by the sun. I will buy it again in the winter because my daughter also uses it and it helped with her acne and she liked it a lot.

I have tried other products with retinol. The truth is that I don't know what concentration they have because they didn't write it. However, this one irritated my skin more intensely. It became red and started to peel. I stopped using it for 3 days, moisturized and repaired my skin a lot, and then reintroduced it gradually, applying moisturizer or facial oil 10 minutes after application. It has made my skin drier. It requires heavy hydration. I never had this feeling before because I had oily skin. I see results in terms of radiance and evenness. I think even fine lines have improved in 3-4 months. At the latest, I will stop using it for the summer in one month. I will start using it again in October-November. Oh, and I also use a lot of sunscreen, even indoors! That's all from me... Εάν δεν έχεις συνηθίσει τη ρετινολη σε μεγάλες συγκεντρώσεις (πάνω από 1%) τότε σίγουρα πρέπει να αποφύγεις κρεμες που έχουν επίσης ρετινολη στη σύνθεση τους, αλλά και κρεμες που έχουν απολεπιστικους παράγοντες πχ οξέα φρουτων- AHA, σαλικυλικο οξύ κτλ. Μια οποιαδήποτε καλή ενυδατικη με υαλουρονικο οξύ και μαλακτικα συστατικά θα είναι ότι πρέπει. Πολύ καλός συνδυασμός με τη ρετινολη είναι και οι κρεμες με βιταμίνη Ε. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ τη visibly different της Elizabeth arden- 75ml , κρατάει για πάντα αλλά και πιο απλές, πχ fito + ενυδατικες που είναι πολύ καλές σε καλή τιμή
