Αδερφε εγω στα 70 και αντεχουν καλα δεν κουνιουνται καν ειναι αρκετα στιβαρα μεχρι 85 ξερω οτι κραταει γερα πιστευω και 90 αντεχει αλλα καλυτερα πηγαινε σε ξυλινες παραλετες για hand stand αυτα βολεουν και ειναι πιο πολυ για push ups
Τα έχει κάποιος αρκετό καιρό για να μου πει αν αντέχουν στο χρόνο και τη χρήση; επίσης πονάνε οι παλάμες; γτ με δοκιμή πους απς με τους αλτήρες πονάει αρκετα
Αν και πλαστικες,αντεχουν!!εγω ειμαι 85 κιλα και με κρατανε μια χαρα...
Οσο για την λαβη,σιγουρα το σφουγγαρακι που εχουν,βοηθαει αρκετα,αλλα δεν ειναι και μια ανετη λαβη,απο την φυση της...
