Well, yesterday it was installed, a 12,000 BTU unit in a space of 35-40 square meters. (According to its specifications, it is a 14,000 BTU unit in heating mode). I set it to 26.5 degrees Celsius with an outside temperature of 32-33 degrees and an inside temperature of 30 degrees. In 40 minutes, every corner of the room had the desired result. In terms of build quality, it is made of perfect material and you can't hear the sounds of expansion and contraction of the plastic, etc. The fan is quiet, you can't hear it working until the 3rd speed, not that it is annoying afterwards. Beautiful bright colored indicators on the air conditioner show room temperature, selected temperature, WiFi, etc. The external unit is of excellent quality, with noise at normal levels. The remote control is a bit bulky but okay. The indicators, feel, and button presses are very good. I should mention that the sterilization function only works with the application that you need to download on your mobile phone (I haven't downloaded it yet). It consumes 3 kWh in 3 hours of operation without eco mode, which automatically adjusts it. I don't know about heating, it will show in the winter. Overall, first impressions are very good, it's worth it. It costs 700€ with free installation. To activate the warranty, do it from the website. I would like to mention that I noticed that the time on the remote control resets itself after I set it, somewhere unrelated, I don't know, maybe I'm not saving it correctly or there is some problem. (Update) Setting it to 27 degrees from 9 pm to 7 am (the whole room was at 25.5 degrees), in eco mode and fan speed 2, it consumes 2.5 kWh. (Update 2) Installation of the Inventor control application, it works perfectly, connected immediately, there is an indication on the indoor unit that there is a connection. From the application, you can adjust and do everything, set when it starts and stops, and at what temperatures it starts and stops periodically, turbo mode, sterilization at 56 degrees, blinds, ionizer on/off, etc. Everything is good. (Update for winter 2021-2022) The insulation in the room is moderate, with temperatures from 0 to 6 degrees outside, it is difficult to reach the desired temperature, so it operates continuously, that's how air conditioners work (don't worry). Consumption compared to cold weather is twice as high per hour. I should mention that I made adjustments through the application and measured 0.9 kWh per hour (and it will decrease as it reaches the set temperature, maybe even 0.7 kWh or 0.6 kWh) (and it also performs maintenance) with a temperature setting of 21 degrees (outside temperature 5 degrees) and with eco mode. If it increases by one and a half degrees from the selected temperature, it will stop. There is no problem even at -5 degrees, which was tested. (Update) After 1 year of operation, no complaints, problems, perfect operation. In the summer, the blinds are horizontal and left-right on automatic mode for air distribution, it maintains humidity at 30% to 40%. In the winter, the blinds are vertical and left-right on automatic mode for air distribution. If there is humidity (above 55%, a dehumidifier is needed). The known +/- 10 to 15 degrees adjustment from the outside temperature, filter cleaning, unit maintenance. Winter 2022-2023. Outside temperature 0 degrees, all night-morning, measured for 9 hours, 5 kWh with a temperature setting of 19.5 on the air conditioner. It maintained the desired temperature in the room without any problems. 0.55 kWh per hour.
