This is a low-quality boxing mouthguard, not suitable for boxing. You can buy the same thing cheaper at a sports store, with a better brand and quality. The Amila mouthguard is priced at 5 euros, while this particular noname one, without usage instructions (silicone mouthguards require boiling in hot water to soften and mold), comes in a simple plastic bag, made in PRC and imported from Poland. I do not recommend it
