With a temperature of 35 degrees, the house stays cool for hours even after I close it. However, I can't find the wifi and reset button anywhere. It's unacceptable if it doesn't have wifi. It's one of the reasons why I bought it.
24000 Btu. Honest machine. Value for money, about 740 Euros. Difference from outside 10 degrees. I have a large space and it cools it very well to the point that the coolness reaches the basement and the first floor. In terms of noise, it is relatively quiet and especially in Silence mode, it is silent. The same goes for the outdoor unit, it does not bother at all. WiFi is also great for those who need it. The surprise is the moving blinds Up - Down and Left - Right. I didn't expect it, but it is very useful especially for taller people. Otherwise, it has many other functions but I have not tried them. I hope it continues to perform well.
After 2 years that I have it, one thing I will say, stay away. It doesn't connect to wifi at all but that's the least of it. At first, it was malfunctioning and finally I brought some people from the dealership and they told me it was losing freon. They fixed it for 157 euros as they said it was the fault of the one who installed it. After 4 months of use, it made a noise and some cable burned without any safety switch tripping (I say this to show that it wasn't an overvoltage issue or something like that since nothing else in the house stopped working). And the first one didn't know. The dealership that fixed the connections again didn't know either? And even though it has a 10-year warranty and all, I paid 157 euros. And I don't even have an air conditioner.
During the 2nd week of operation, the external unit stopped working. Tesla's service came and told me that the machine has an internal leak and it was a batch with issues in their deliveries, to wait for the replacement part. After 3 weeks, their response is that this code has been exhausted and there is no replacement available.
I have had it for two years. It does not perform well in heating at all. It is decent in cooling. The low price is a positive aspect, but I'm not sure if I would recommend it.

I have used it about 10 times and I have no complaints. It is in a large space (24,000 BTU) and it cools quickly and effectively. It makes a little noise, but personally, it doesn't bother me. The application is useful... I opened it from my phone 10 minutes before I arrived home and I had coolness when I entered.
As for heating and consumption, I don't have an opinion yet.
Overall, I think it is on par with other well-known brands.
The review is about the 18-inch one which we placed in a large living room/dining room/kitchen and so far we have been very satisfied! It cools the space quickly, it is quiet (inside-outside) and it looks good in terms of quality.
As for heating, of course, I don't know yet but we will see in the winter and I will come back.

update after 5 months of use, the air conditioner is amazing!!! Its performance is very good, I use it in the heat and its consumption is super compared to what it delivers, and some values (I have an inverter in my main line and I see direct consumption)... with a setting at 27 degrees (outside temperature 6 degrees Celsius) with medium fan speed (as the speed increases, so does the consumption), it consumes around 1.5 kW. At 23 degrees with medium speed and an outside temperature of 6 degrees, the consumption is 600-800 watts (even less than a fan heater). The Wifi function works flawlessly, although the application (smart life) has many translation errors, but if you work with it a little, it's not a problem.
I don't have a complete opinion yet, so I'm giving it 4 stars, I'm just writing to help people easily connect it with the application... download smart life, after creating an account, open the application and add the air conditioner device with Wi-Fi, then open the front cover of the air conditioner (the one for cleaning the filters), there is a black button that says reset, press it with a toothpick and hold it until a LED next to the black button starts flashing. Then connect it to the application... I hope I helped because the manufacturer didn't write anything in the manual (somewhere I read that you should press the eco button 6 times, but it didn't work for me).
In my grandchildren, I will have to say: there is no replacement for displacement. On the first press of the on button, the external unit slightly shook on the bases. That's when I realized that there are many horses. As soon as I set the temperature to 16 degrees Celsius on the remote control and let the heavy disc from the inverter's torque take over, the beams of the apartment building were shaken. We made a mess!
Quiet and efficient. I am referring to the 24-inch one for cooling. I don't have an opinion yet on heating. It is worth every penny and more.
Today the installation of the tesla 18wifi was done in a studio apartment, we used 8 meters of pipes, there was no other way, I had doubts about its performance.. but when I turned it on, I was truly impressed. The machine throws ice in the cold, it really cools down the house in 4 minutes, from 36° to 26°. It is quiet both inside and outside. The only thing that bothered me was the quality of the plastic blinds, they don't close uniformly correctly, but it's not a big deal. And the idiot Chinese guy who stuck the Tesla logo on the external unit did it crooked, what a moron.. compared to the tcl 18 that I have in the neighboring house, the machine is better quality, the tcl has better aesthetics, but what can I do, the tesla kills it.. so I recommend Tesla 18 with WiFi

After a lot of searching, stress, and questions to experts, I bought the 18000 btu and because it couldn't be installed in the living room, it was installed in an 8 sqm room as a temporary solution due to the heat.
There are no words for this machine, I highly recommend it. With the door open, it even reaches the living room in Turbo mode.
It cools directly (the room is small) but in 1 minute it becomes ice cold at 27 eco mode and the fan at the lowest setting. (I sleep with a very thin blanket in July, Athens at 26-27 eco mode and sleep), but I emphasize that it is 18000.
It would work wonders in the living room.
The outdoor unit is quiet. My neighbor has an inverter, it seems to be a new technology, and when he turns it on, it is very loud for 3 minutes (no comparison, much louder than mine).
I have a Midea 24,000 in a 56 sqm space with a 4.4-meter ceiling in a commercial space, and it doesn't even come close.
The test is worth it and you will be convinced. Also, the technician is my cousin and works for an installation company (known for transformation and the only one that provides Tesla), he told me that out of the 6 installations he does per day, 4 are Tesla.
I will come back with more information when I install the 9000 btu in the room and figure out how to move it to the living room with the 18000.

The machine is a beast. For this price (€730 with shipping 24btu), there is no better. It is huge and performs very well in both cooling and heating! If you are looking for something in this price range, I think it is the way to go. It has Wi-Fi and connects easily.
I bought the 18000 btu 5 days ago and I have put it in a 50 square meter space in the living room kitchen. Guys, it is really good.. With 37 degrees outside. I set it to 26 and the space becomes incredibly cool.. No noise from either the indoor or outdoor unit.. It is worth every penny and more..
The air conditioner is amazing and for its price, the best. The cooling is fantastic - it cools the entire 80 sq.m. space in a very short period of time, while in terms of noise, it is very quiet. I haven't tried the heating yet.
It was installed 3 days ago in the living room and it really covers even the back rooms that I didn't expect!! I am very satisfied, I think it's the best purchase ever!!!! You can hear the airflow a bit but it's also 24000! It's not small! I highly recommend it!!!! As for the Wi-Fi connection, I want to say that it gave me a little trouble but then I searched on Tesla's website for the Wi-Fi installation manual and I connected it in 3 minutes (and I'm saying a lot). It has a qr code to download the correct application and the steps are very easy!!!

I did not expect it due to the brand that has not been tested in the Greek market. The machine is very powerful. It cools the space in 15 minutes at most (75 sqm with non-existent insulation and outside temperature of 40c+). If it is easy to find spare parts (I don't know, I've had it for 3 months), then get it with closed eyes, it will surprise you.
The review is about the 18000btu air conditioning unit. It is the second Tesla air conditioning unit that I have purchased. The first one was for the baby's room, with 9,000btu. It is value for money with a 10-year warranty. The circuit board broke in the small one after two months, so I called and they came and replaced everything perfectly within two days. As for the current model, it is perfect, I just want to help with the wifi because it doesn't have accurate information for the connection. There are 2 Tesla apps. I connected to both. One is the Tesla smart app, and the other is the Smart life - Smart home app that I use. After downloading the app, you create an account and connect to the internet, then add the device. The best part, which no one mentions, is to change the option from cf mode to ap mode in the top right corner. Then press the health button 8 times. You will hear a sound, then proceed (you won't see any lights), and it will take you to the wifi to connect with a smart life xxxxx. After connecting, go back to the application and you're done. I hope this helps
After a week of use, I can say that it is worth the money. Within 5 minutes, it cools the space exactly as we want it. The house is old, without insulation, and it does not have a second air conditioner. It was installed in the living room and it also provides cooling to the bedrooms.
4 stars. The wifi setup is manual and it is not mentioned anywhere in the installation manual. (1. Download the Tesla Smart Things app, 2. Open the cover of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, 3. You will see a small box with a QR code, 4. Use a toothpick to press the button on the box until it starts flashing, and when it stops, it is connected...) I believe the process did not need to be so complicated, they could have written it in detail in the manual.
Another negative is the remote control, it is quite complicated to use and it easily gets lost in the settings. (I would not recommend it to someone who is not good with technology)
However, the mobile app offers more options for operating the air conditioner. I will come back after about 6 months to see how it performs in heating.

So far, it has completely satisfied me. Good construction and excellent cooling. It works in a 60 sqm area with poor insulation and a rooftop with the sun hitting it all day. It turns it into a refrigerator in 10 minutes. I don't have an opinion on heating yet. I had particular difficulty installing the application for control via wifi, so I will briefly mention the steps:
1) Download the Tesla Smart application (not Tesla AC, it is from a different company!)
2) Create an account with an email and select Greece.
3) After logging in, select the + in the top right corner.
4) Select the last category "Tuya Compatible".
5) Scroll to the end of the list and select "Air Conditioning (BLE+WiFi)".
6) Press the health button on the air conditioner remote control 8 times (relatively quickly), and then you will hear a double beep (wifi reset).
7) In the application, switch to AP Mode (top right corner).
8) Check and click Next.
9) Enter the password for your home wifi and then click "Next Step".
10) "To connect," connect to the wifi of the air conditioner. Mine was "SmartLife-BEDD".
11) It finds the air conditioner and adds it. If not, during the search, make sure you are connected to the wifi of the air conditioner and go back to the application. It will definitely find it.
