  I have also bought the 30cm cast iron pan from the same company. Seasoning both on gas and induction without using the oven... the food doesn't stick, I rinse it with hot water and a brush, dry it with a towel, warm it up to remove any remaining moisture, lightly oil it, and it's ready for the next use. These two and a small stone one that I won't throw away because I exclusively used it for omelets and it worked at very low temperatures will stay... the rest are going in the trash. If something bothered me about cast iron today, I would go for iron or stainless steel because all the ones I had with coatings soon got damaged or altered at relatively high temperatures like frying fish, shielding, etc.

  First cast iron pan I buy. First of all, it is Chinese.. the pan is not flat but has a few millimeters gap on one side, resulting in it moving slightly and affecting heat distribution. I seasoned it according to the instructions. Food does not stick but it smokes incredibly. They become like charcoal, as others say.. It is not very heavy compared to other more expensive cast iron pans. Good value for money for a first purchase.

  First of all, let me say that this is the first time I'm using a cast iron utensil, so I can't compare. I am very satisfied, it cooks meat beautifully, I have also tried it with vegetables. Everything is perfect. It requires attention as the handle gets hot and how to clean it, as the heavy weight makes it difficult to handle.
  For cleaning, the utensil should be warm, I use warm water and soap and scrub it with a Lodge brush. I dry it immediately and apply a little vegetable oil... It's a bit of a hassle but if you take care of it, you have it forever.
  As for the price, I would say it's value for money.
