It does what it promises. Neither less nor more. If localized heat is something that helps you, then it definitely does the job, especially when using a heating pad is not feasible. It requires a little vigorous shaking to activate it properly, but it truly lasts for many hours. Especially if you press it lightly, you can feel it even more. Now I use them every month as an extra relief.

You don't easily understand the heat as you have to stick it on your underwear (logical). Also, its size is only suitable for minor pains and not for severe ones, it is better to use it together with painkillers. Very small. For example, if you have pain in the ovary on the side, it doesn't help unless you move it. A very small part of the abdomen warms up and sweats while further away it is ice cold.
