The only good thing about it is that it's very powerful and pushes a lot of air. It can be suitable for a big room. The downsides are many: the build quality is terrible. Every plastic part just feels very flimsy and needs to be handled with care. The fan rattles and cracks like crazy even at the lowest speed, like it's going to fall apart at any moment. You definitely wouldn't want it in your bedroom, or where you need to spend some quiet time.
I bought it for the kitchen to help circulate air in there and push the fumes and steam out through the open window, and it did a fine job for one year. Then the heat generated by the engine caused the center of the blade piece to melt and weaken, till it suddenly broke violently and sent plastic pieces flying everywhere.
