In the past, I had bought a melas from a supermarket that was disgusting and because it was a large jar, I didn't know how to finish it and eventually we threw it away because no one was eating it. Last year, I shopped at the organic store and they gave me this melas to try. I was a bit afraid of it, so the expiration date passed. Last year, I bought a stick on my own and I loved it!! It has a very nice taste!! Compared to other molasses that I have tried, it is the nicest, not so much in coffee to tell the truth, but in yogurt it is like cherry syrup! The first one I tried is the well-known one that all supermarkets have from the famous company. The second one, from a well-known organic company, is much better. This one is the nicest I have tried. I am 21. I have been taking the melassa for a year and a half now. Since I was young, I had low hematocrit, ferritin, etc. I used to take strengthening medications every three months, but then it would drop again! You could say that you can increase iron through food, but no matter how hard I tried, it wouldn't reach the level I wanted. As a result, I would feel dizzy, faint, especially during my period, and I would also feel weak! I would also feel lightheaded and get tired relatively easily, all because of the low hematocrit!
