Generally speaking the performance of the machine is good. However the air condition is quite noisy.
The service of inventor is very friendly and gave me solution.
However at the same money I would choose japanese technology.
I have not used it for heating, so I have no opinion. I used it for cooling this year and it performs very well, especially now with the heatwave. I set it to 25 degrees and it immediately blows cold air and cools the room very well. I have also connected it to Wi-Fi, which was easy. As for the noise that I saw some people mention, personally, it doesn't make any noise, it's only when I open it and the shutter rotates, which is normal. As for the energy consumption, I will come back to that.
I installed three 12,000 BTU units and one 9,000 BTU CORONA PLUS. They all make noise in the indoor unit due to the expansion and contraction of plastics. Crack... Crack... and it's hard to fall asleep. I will contact the dealership and see what can be done.
I bought the Corona 12, before they stopped it and released the plus version (obviously they had problems with the former and stopped it). Apart from the noise, the biggest issue is with the heating, zero performance with lukewarm air. I spoke with the company and they gave me excuses for a visit. They told me that if they don't find a problem, I will be charged for the visit. Personally, I regret buying it and I didn't like the behavior of the company. I think they should have seen it once before asking for money...
Two 9000 btu air conditioners were installed in bedrooms and their performance is impressive in heating. I haven't tried cooling yet. The only thing that bothered me is that although the air conditioners are identical, both the indoor and outdoor units have different controllers as shown in the photos. The inventor application works fine without any disconnections, despite the fact that one unit is relatively far from the router. The slight noises mentioned by other users are within normal range during the first minute of operation until the unit reaches temperature. After that, you can't hear anything. The outdoor unit is also very quiet. It is below 59db as the manufacturer claims, even without anti-vibration bases.
Living room 24 sq.m. Year 2022. Easy installation. Did not work in harsh winter. There is noise but tolerable. No creaking. Good performance. Useful that it turns off the light from the remote control. Set at 23 degrees and it also helps the adjacent small bedroom. Easy control.
Very good overall, but I am one of the unlucky ones who put it in a baby's room. I don't turn it on when they sleep because it can wake them up.
After contacting the company, a technician came and made some changes to the internal unit and it is much better now

We have bought 2 12-inch and 1 24-inch of the same series (Corona Plus). The problem with the cracking is serious. Whether in cold or hot weather, these annoying crack sounds can be heard. And not only during operation, but even when you turn it off, they continue for about half an hour, until the plastic parts return to room temperature. Now that it has gotten colder and we turned on our heater, we noticed that the 24-inch, which is placed above a radiator, makes crackling noises due to the heat rising from the radiator. It is clear that it is not a matter of placement, but clearly a matter of plastic quality. Because now the majority of people who have purchased it are reporting it, the company must do something about it.
I bought 3 units of 9000 BTU. In heating mode, it is really powerful. With an outside temperature of 8C, setting the air conditioner to 21C is more than enough. It really can't handle being set to 25C. Consumption is about 0.3-0.4kWh measured with tapo p110. I think it can also be set to 20C though. Some noises may be heard, but nothing too terrible or unusual for an air conditioner, and only for a few minutes at the beginning. The wifi works well, but sometimes it doesn't connect well to the router, and if you have set it to turn off at a certain time, it may not turn off and continue working. Also, I couldn't get it to connect to the nearby extender no matter what. Only directly with the router.
Update for summer. In cooling mode, it is very quiet and there are no sounds of expansion or contraction at all, neither at the beginning nor during operation.
All good with the air conditioner but those creaking noises it makes are nerve-wracking. It seems that the quality is not particularly good when it comes to the plastics, and that's probably why it creaks so much.
Luckily, I have it in the office because it's not suitable for a bedroom.
Satisfied with the purchase in terms of performance and convenience, but the downside is the noise.
Update 21/12/22: A technician from Inventor came to the space, saw it, did his tricks (along with a change in the internal unit), and fixed it. No more annoying creaking noises! Incredible support and service from Inventor. They gained a customer.

Indeed it makes some crackling noises (when it's hot) at the beginning, as it is logical due to expansion! (I have heard it in many others as well) After 5 minutes they stop and personally I don't notice the air-conditioner anymore! It heats up quickly and has a nicer warmth compared to other air-conditioners! I have it in the living room of my student house and after warming it up, I open the door for the room which it manages to heat satisfactorily as well! I won't write anything about the cold, as I consider it much easier and even small and cheap air-conditioners do the job!
It squeaks incredibly. We had it in the bedroom and it would wake us up!
Fortunately, they replaced it with another model because we couldn't stand it, we didn't turn it on for that reason
Purchase 10/01/2022. Very good in cooling and heating and the wifi connection is very easy. Unfortunately, I also confirm the issue with the creaking plastic. They came from Inventor, put some silicone pastes but it still creaks quite a bit. It is placed in a bedroom, resulting in being annoying during sleep. I am expecting a replacement from Inventor, I will come back for further information with the progress of the replacement.
Update: Finally, replacement from Inventor and even with a more expensive model. Luckily, everything is good! And here is where the value of official warranty and proper service is evident.
I have it installed in my house in Evia, on the Aegean side, for a year now. My conclusions about its performance in hot summer and cold winter environments are very positive. As for the negatives, I would mention the slight vibrations it makes (somewhat like a low-intensity crackling sound), which fortunately last for only 5 to 10 minutes after turning on the device, after which it operates almost silently. Another peculiar thing I notice is that the air emitted into the room by the indoor unit occasionally has some minimal fluctuations in flow, which sounds like a light rustling of air in the ear. In an older model of the same company (the passion eco), I had observed the same phenomenon, which, however, was corrected by removing and cleaning the filters, something that I have not yet managed to do with the corona plus.
I installed the air conditioner in the hallway on the upper floor with a staircase leading to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, totaling 50 square meters, and it cools them down easily within an hour. Of course, the house is new and properly insulated.
12,000 BTU in an 18 sqm living room. Very powerful, silent, I have it permanently set at 26 degrees on the low setting and it covers the space perfectly. I leave the door open in Athens and it adequately cools even the bedroom. It's worth the money. No creaking sounds. The installation also plays a big role if done correctly.
After a lot of research, I bought the 12,000 BTU air conditioner for my living room-dining room, which is about 40 square meters, on the 8th floor where the sun hits it directly. The apartment building was built in 2007, so it has aluminum frames with double glazing, but the walls do not have perfect insulation. Normally, for 40 square meters, I should have bought the 18,000 BTU model, but despite that, it works great for cooling, as it cools the space almost instantly without much noise. It is not as effective for heating, but it is mentioned in the instruction manual that for low temperatures, an additional heating source is needed. Overall, I am satisfied and do not regret taking the risk of buying the 12,000 BTU model instead of the 18,000 BTU one.
Very satisfied, I bought the 12-inch one for the living room and the 9-inch one for the bedroom, extremely efficient in cooling (I haven't tried heating yet) quiet operation at low fan intensity, pleasant atmosphere at 26 degrees (you get colder at lower temperatures). It's worth its money!
This specific model (9000 btu) has a problem with its plastics. The squeaking noise it makes is something I have never seen in an air conditioner before. Unfortunately, I bought three of them and I regret it... In terms of energy efficiency, I have seen better since it doesn't go below 200 watts in maintenance mode. The technicians from the manufacturer came and applied the known silicone, but I don't see any change, the noise continues.
Another disadvantage is that it has a significant temperature offset, so if you set it to 26 degrees, it starts cooling at a real temperature of 24 degrees.
Overall, it requires experimentation with the follow me feature.
The only good thing I found is the Wi-Fi application, which is really helpful.
First time buyer and I haven't regretted it. Firstly, the consumption is minimal. Every night from early June until the end of summer. Generally quiet. Some minimal noises during sudden temperature drops but it is justified. Very good choice
Personally, I have to say that I don't find it quiet. I installed a 9-inch one in the bedroom and a 12-inch one in the living room. The creaking that some people mention is a fact and it actually does it for several minutes, which is unacceptable for the company when its previous models are indeed almost silent. Additionally, both of them make a strange sound on the lower settings as if they are struggling and air comes out abruptly, making a blowing noise. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations and they are not cheap
After a lot of searching, I bought this specific air conditioner in size 12 for a 24 sqm space at a price of 570€. In cooling mode, it is A+++ with a SEER of 8.5 (with 10 being excellent in terms of performance/consumption ratio) and a consumption of 144 kWh/year (for cooling). The machine works perfectly in cooling mode, I haven't tried the heating mode (I have autonomous natural gas), both the indoor and outdoor units are completely silent, the plastic parts do not make any noise so far, I have it on automatic mode and it feels like it's not even working. The Wi-Fi is very easy to use and responds instantly, it has several extra features, it looks nice and I think it's worth the money.
I have been using it for about two weeks for cooling. It cools a space of about 35-40 square meters satisfactorily, despite its strange configuration. The mobile application is very easy and convenient to use (I only operate it from there). I don't have an opinion on heating yet, as it is still 30 degrees Celsius outside. I will provide an update to see how it performs in terms of heating. Oh, the plastic feels a bit low quality. It is currently quiet, but we'll see how it holds up over time
The 5 stars because after a lot of market research in many stores that bring various companies and from relatives and friends working in air conditioning, this particular model was recommended to me, (without a second thought and with great insistence from everyone). It is, if I'm not mistaken, the cheapest A+++/A+++. Yes, it is also +++ in heating if you live in the warm zone, like Athens for example, and not in northern Greece, where it translates to ++. The external unit in cooling is ridiculously quiet, making less noise than the internal one. It is intended for use only in cooling.
Update 16/8/22: 3 months of heat and it operates steadily at 27-29 in a 25 sqm space (I have taken the 12). With the fan intensity at the lowest setting, it works comfortably. I have never set it below 25 because it is too cold. The fan produces a very strong power at full speed. Overall, it is an air conditioner that you don't even think about opening because its consumption at the temperatures it operates (27-29) is very low. With the air conditioning, be patient, there is no need to start at 20 degrees until the house cools down and keep opening and closing it all the time, as this wastes energy unnecessarily. Its plastics creak a little occasionally, but nothing crazy, if I remember correctly when I first installed it in April and tested it in the heat, it creaked more. The remote control and the mobile app are very modern and nice. Overall, fully satisfied so far. Also, don't forget that it comes with a 10-year warranty and excellent service from Inventor.
Update 2/8/23. I am coming back because I imagine many will have concerns about the noise. It makes some creaking noises like 2 times a day and if... But I can't say in any case that it bothers me, and it is right above my bed and I am very curious about sleep. The air conditioner works continuously at 26-28 and maybe that's why the creaking noises are not heard. I will also suggest to others who are bothered by the creaking noises to try the same. Let their air conditioner work at a normal and not cold temperature, play between 26-28. Creaking noises probably occur when there are huge temperature differences. That is, if you enter a house and it is 30 degrees and you set the air conditioner to 21-22, it creaks due to expansion and contraction. When I have the air conditioner at 28 and with full fan intensity, the room temperature is an average of 26 degrees, which is a very pleasant temperature to live in, without feeling cold or hot and above all without wasting electricity. So, do not believe that setting it at 27-28 is too high. Air conditioners should work there. When you go below 25, you just waste electricity. I believe this will work for you too, because for me it is really completely quiet with this use.
Last update: When I wrote it, it was indeed the cheapest A+++/A+++ in cooling and heating, I don't know if it still applies. Since some years have passed, do a new market research.
Very good product, I haven't tried it yet in cooling mode because I recently bought it, but the air conditioner seems to be great in heating mode. It works amazingly on the second floor of a mountain room, 20 square meters, it turns off in half an hour at 24 degrees and then maintains the temperature. It is quiet, especially when you put it on sleep mode. I can't find anything negative to say about it, maybe just the plastic makes a little noise when heating, but it's reasonable and doesn't bother at all. The 10-year warranty plus 3 additional years inside gives you confidence, and the price was just right. Very satisfied, I will probably proceed with buying the 9,000 BTU model for the bedroom.
Unfortunately, I bought it along with two other 12,000 BTU units. So a total of 3 air conditioners. The performance is very good, but the noise from the vibrations during heating is simply unacceptable. It literally wakes you up from your sleep. To the company's credit, a technician came almost immediately and applied some silicone paste and something else, but it had almost no effect. I am waiting for them to come again and I will update.
I am coming back after some time... the silicone didn't work... they replaced them with other models... and the same problem occurred. I wonder how others have them in their bedrooms. I returned them and got my money back and replaced them with another manufacturer where the difference is simply huge. Completely silent. As a piece of advice, look for companies that manufacture them themselves and don't just buy them from China and put their logo on them. There are many such companies.
First use I was disappointed, the internal unit made noise during heating operation. Eventually, they sent a technician the next day and it was not properly attached to the support base. He found the spot, sprayed silicone spray, you don't hear anything... the main thing is that it is a powerful machine. I am waiting to see its power consumption in practice. Although it burns momentarily at 800 watts during heating, it is not something extraordinary. Within 30 minutes the room becomes an oven and with the help of a dehumidifier, it stays warm for a long time. It works with the lowest consumption at 24 degrees. It's worth its money for the technical support from the company. Update: It is an incredible machine for cooling, I have it in a 12000 BTU bedroom. At 25 degrees, you can't stand it, it gets cold, I haven't tried putting it lower. Maybe it's an exaggeration for a 12,000 BTU in a room. Powerful machine. Note that the house is a detached house with a terrace on top and it reaches 40 degrees with 30% humidity. It really makes it a refrigerator! Consumption is fine, around €15 per month in cooling mode.
Compared to an old 12-year-old Delonghi, this one is completely silent and much more efficient. The best part is the low power consumption.

Purchased in October 2021 (for 600 euros with a 20% refund) with an external temperature ranging from 6-16 degrees Celsius. It was installed in the living room of a corner apartment on the 3rd floor (top floor) with insulation, covering an area of 55 square meters. The apartment has a hallway of 7-8 meters between the living room and the bedroom. I wanted the air conditioner mainly for the living room, but I also hoped that its performance would have an effect on the other rooms. It was installed on a wall next to the balcony door, aiming diagonally at the living room door (I had to move my wardrobe for this, but it was worth it).
Despite the difficult configuration of the house for this specific purpose, leaving the air conditioner at 24 degrees with all internal doors open (bedroom-living room-kitchen-bathroom), I can say that the house is quite comfortable (I am not a fan of excessive heat). I wake up and don't feel cold at all, even though I am two walls and 12-13 meters away from the air conditioner.
The indoor and outdoor units are quite silent. At a low level, the indoor unit is almost nonexistent. The outdoor unit was placed on a special floor stand.
The connection to Wi-Fi was relatively easy. As a new model, it works with the new Inventor application, Inventor Control. Older models work with InvMate II. I turned off the 5GHz network on my phone and left only the 2.4GHz network to make the connection easier in the application. If you follow the instructions in the guide, the process is very easy. After installation, of course, you can reconnect to the 5GHz network. Although I haven't tested the capabilities of the application yet, I saw that it has several options with automations that can be applied in various situations. It is important to mention that it can be connected to Alexa and Google Assistant and can be operated with voice commands. Personally, I added the device to Google Home and it works perfectly.
The only negative for me is the sounds of the plastic parts that occasionally creak. It could be due to the few days of use. I will provide an update in the winter with much lower temperatures, but also in the summer for the cooling function during heatwaves.

UPDATE 23-02-2022
The situation regarding the noise of the plastic parts has improved significantly after the visit of the service team arranged by Inventor, after I informed them about the issue (very quick response and very good professionals). They said that the indoor unit was not properly installed on its base. Now, you can only hear the plastic parts for a few minutes if you change the temperature, but it quickly disappears.
Regarding the thermal performance in winter, I can say that, in my situation, one unit (12,000 BTU) is not enough for a 55 square meter house. With an external temperature of around 5 degrees Celsius during the day (even colder at night), having the unit set to 30 degrees (maximum) and the FAN SPEED on HIGH, with the living room door open (as seen in the photo), the temperature in the living room reaches about 21-22 degrees and in the bedroom around 16-17 degrees (according to a tabletop thermometer). If you set the FAN SPEED to medium, it will make much less noise, but the performance will decrease significantly and the temperatures will be lower by 1-2 degrees for sure.
Regarding consumption, based on the last bill I received (436 euros with love) for the period from October 2021 to January 2022, I consumed 2080 kWh (approximately 3 times more compared to last year), with the AC running for at least 20 hours a day.
The reason for such high consumption is that I didn't have another unit in the room and had to heat up using the living room unit. I believe that installing a second unit would result in lower consumption. I will provide an update in the summer once I see its performance during hot weather.

το θέλω για υπνοδωμάτιο και με ενδιαφέρει να είναι αθόρυβο κύρια στην ψύξη. επίσης να καθαρίζει την μούχλα και να κάνει αφύγρανση. έχει αυτά τα χαρακτηριστικά;
Είναι πάρα πολύ ήσυχο, εντελώς αθόρυβο δεν είναι κανένα κλιματιστικό άλλωστε. Έχει λειτουργία αφύγρανσης (την ονομάζει dry) και μία λειτουργία self clean για καθαρισμό του αν εννοείς αυτό με τη μούχλα... αλλιώς αν εννοείς μούχλα από τοίχο δεν έχω ακούσει ποτέ ένα κλιματιστικό να την αφαιρεί...
Ξερει καποιος πως λειτουργει το self clean? Απλα το παταω και το αφηνω μεχρι να σβησει η ενδειξη; Αγορα 10/2022, ξαφνικα μειωθηκε η αποδοση ψυξης..
