I Feel
Automatic Diagnosis
The air conditioner can monitor its operations and automatically detect any malfunction. If detected, the system will automatically shut down, and the error code will be displayed on the indoor unit.
Anti-Fungus Function
The air conditioner activates the Anti-Fungus function after completing cooling or dehumidification, in order to prevent the growth of fungi and harmful bacteria to keep your environment healthy and pleasant.
Powerful Performance
With an optimized operating mechanism, soundproofing materials for the compressor, a low-noise fan motor, and a ventilation structure that combines modern technology with aerodynamic design, this air conditioner model minimizes noise levels while creating the perfect room temperature.
Turbo Mode
When the air conditioner enters Turbo mode, it maximizes the cooling or heating capacity, making the room cooler or warmer quickly.
Auto Cleaning
When this function is activated, the indoor unit starts operating in cooling mode with low fan speed, while the condensed water cleans the dust from the evaporator fins.
Then, the air conditioner switches to heating mode with low fan speed, drying the interior of the indoor unit.
Finally, it switches to fan-only mode and expels the remaining moisture.
The whole process keeps the indoor unit dry and prevents the growth of bacteria.
Eco-Friendly Refrigerant R32
It uses the eco-friendly refrigerant R32, which is environmentally friendly and has 68% lower global warming potential compared to R410A. Additionally, R32 can deliver the same thermal power as R410A with 30% less refrigerant, meaning less refrigerant is required per unit. As a result, total carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by approximately 75%. Another advantage is that R32 is not a mixture but a homogeneous fluid and can be more easily recycled and reused.
Energy Efficiency
The air conditioner belongs to energy class A++ for cooling and energy class A+ for heating (average zone). The energy class is measured on a seven-level color scale from A+++ to D, with class A+++ being the most efficient, while class D is the least efficient.
Additionally, there are the SEER and SCOP indicators, which more realistically depict the actual energy efficiency of air conditioners.
- SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is representative for the entire cooling season. It is defined as the ratio of the annual required cooling to the annual electricity consumption (the annual cooling consumption is based on 350 hours of operation). Indicatively, for an air conditioner of class A and above, the SEER indicator is from 5.10w/w units and above.
- SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) is representative for the entire heating season. It is defined as the ratio of the annual required heating to the annual electricity consumption (the annual heating consumption is based on 1400 hours of operation). Indicatively, for an air conditioner of class A and above, the SCOP indicator is from 3.40w/w units and above.

Purchased for cooling use only. In a room of about 14 square meters, it performs very well and cools the room in a few minutes. Very economical in electricity consumption as well. The biggest advantage for me is how quiet it is. The outdoor unit is hardly audible compared to a Sendo that I have.
The only thing left to see is its longevity and the service support.**WARNING** To be eligible for the 10-year warranty, it must be registered on Tesla's website and the necessary maintenance must be performed every year. Also, request a receipt from the technician when the maintenance is done.
I will return if anything changes. For now, I am completely satisfied with the device.

Very beautiful air conditioner at a good price with a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer. The unit is quite silent. Purchase of TESLA TT26EX21-0932IA air conditioner. The product contained the wrong remote control. This particular one did not have the heating function (heat), nor enough secondary functions. Additionally, the air conditioner displays the temperature in Fahrenheit and the manual does not describe anything about it. In my communication, I was informed that they did not have another one and they referred me to the authorized service (another company), which is still awaiting a response from TESLA. Eventually, the store assisted me and sent me another remote control. As for the Fahrenheit degrees, nothing yet. After intense winter use, the machine performs very well and has a very low noise level (with installation on the external anti-vibration unit).

I would never buy it again .. completely bad choice .. even though it is supposed to have a thermostat, it never stops, resulting in us freezing or overheating .. when we got it, we had a newborn baby at home .. the technicians have come three times, fixed the thermostat, but still nothing .. the last time we asked for a replacement, they said they would take it back in two minutes and they never called us .. their service is unacceptable .. Bought an air conditioner 12000 bt in September 2022. Installed it in the living room with moderate insulation. Installation was done by a friend who recommended this brand as good. The truth is that it works very well for cooling, with moderate noise and quite powerful, although it only worked for September. The disappointment came when I needed to use it for heating. It worked for two months and suddenly the air started to become lukewarm. After a visit from my refrigeration friend, he told me that the machine is fine and unfortunately, these air conditioners lose their efficiency in very cold temperatures. Utter disappointment. The irony is that in the bedroom, I have a 12-year-old unit that works perfectly in both hot and cold weather. The reason I give it two stars is only for the cold function, which temporarily saves the situation, and we'll see if it can also handle the summer without breaking down.

It is affordable, provides good cooling (I haven't tried heating yet), but it is very noisy. You can hear the refrigerants during the first hour and occasionally there are cracking sounds, probably due to expansion. It's difficult to sleep without earplugs. I can't say that I am satisfied. In the meantime, I constantly have it on in my room at 28 degrees, and it cools it down instantly. Tesla TT34EX21-1232IA, (12,000btu), was installed yesterday, 2-8-21, and was tested for a few hours, so my observations are based on the first impression. It is indeed very quiet and the remote control is easy to use with a nice illuminated screen in orange color. The negative thing I noticed so far is that the blinds for horizontal air distribution do not work with the remote control. There is a button, the selection is visible, but they are actually fixed. I didn't have a ladder to climb up and try to move them manually... I hope they can be moved... Other than that, I am satisfied and I hope to continue being so! The technician spoke highly of the model, though.
