Silent and Smooth Operation

The Shox elliptical will help you improve or build your fitness, burn excess body fat, and shed unwanted pounds. It uses a magnetic resistance system and is characterized by silent and smooth operation. Along with a 7Kg flywheel, it easily meets the expectations of individuals exercising at various training levels. The resistance is adjusted in 8 steps via a button on the front column. All parameters and information are displayed on a large LCD screen, allowing you to monitor the duration and intensity of your workouts.

With the scan function (SCAN), the individual parameters are displayed in a cycle, enabling you to have full control without needing to change the displayed functions using buttons.

Special shelf for smartphone or tablet

The computer allows for exercise programming. Once you set a goal, distance, or calories you want to burn, it starts counting down the set values. The audio signal reminds you of the end.

It is equipped with a special shelf for a smartphone or tablet. This facilitates the use of training applications and allows you to stay constantly connected to the internet.

Non-slip surface

The non-slip surface of the feet ensures comfort and stability during intense workouts and allows you to focus solely on the training. 

It is equipped with a water bottle holder and handles with soft foam to provide complete comfort during the workout.

Thanks to the transport wheels, it can be easily moved during and after the workout, and the feet on the bases allow you to level it.

    It's not for heavy users as it says in my opinion. For me, maximum 100 kg. I weigh over 100 kg and wear size 46 shoes...the machine creaks and I use the machine without shoes because they don't fit in the machine's compartments.

I would like the vertical column to be more flexible, but this does not affect anything, neither the exercise nor the overall experience. It is definitely worth the money and more.
    The screws on the steps are flush and do not bother anywhere. Another user made a mistake and put the wheels on top, the wheels go underneath, on the side of the pulley.
    The assembly will be difficult for some, it requires attention when attaching the wire rope, if it is done incorrectly, it will adjust the difficulty and you will not understand anything, and be careful where each screw goes (if you put a screw with a very wide head on the step, then the head will protrude). On a difficulty scale of 0 to 10, I would easily give it an 8.

Έχω ύψος 1,79 και φοράω 46 νούμερο αθλητικό παπούτσι. Θέλω να επενδύσω σε αυτό το ελλειπτικό ώστε να δυναμώσω τα πόδια μου (τετρακέφαλα) και να προστατεύσω περισσότερο τα ισχία μου.
Με βάση τα παραπάνω θα ήθελα να σας κάνω τις παρακάτω ερωτήσεις όσον αφορά το συγκεκριμένο ελλειπτικό:
1) Θεωρείτε ότι θα χωράνε τα πόδια μου άνετα στο ελλειπτικό;
2) Έχει ικανοποιητικό διασκελισμό;

Νομίζω ότι έχει να κάνει με την αντίσταση. Η δυσκολία της άσκησης εδώ ρυθμίζεται από ειδικούς μαγνήτες τους οποίους ελέγχουμε χειροκίνητα από τον περιστρεφόμενο μοχλό στο μπροστινό σημείο του μηχανήματος. Και φυσικά δεν χρειάζεται ρεύμα για να λειτουργήσει.
