  There is nothing negative. 5 Stars and few are. Quiet, effective even at the first level but also at the three speeds, rotates so you choose it, sturdy construction, long cord. I really can't find anything negative. The price at 17 euros that I got it is excellent.

  It is very effective for USB power supply!
  With a 20,000 mAh power bank, it lasted me about 10 hours at full power.
  So, I got it for camping and I would set it to medium speed with rotation inside the tent, which gave me about 2 extra hours of sleep every morning. That means, from the moment the tent started heating up because of the sun, I could still sleep a little longer without a fan! Tremendous energy boost when you've been out all day and lack sleep!
