Until now perfect. Very good cooling, it works all day due to the heat and I have no issues, and it's also a penthouse on the 5th floor where the heat used to be unbearable.
I have two toyotomi 12000 btu, one umi eco and one hiro eco.
The umi is noticeably more powerful, noticeably noisier, but according to the manufacturer more economical. With both of them together, I manage to cool/heat a 80 sq.m. house with moderate insulation. The air they both emit is excellent. If you want to put it in a room, I recommend the hiro because it is extremely quiet.
I am satisfied with the umi and I have it in a space of about 40 sq.m.
I have the 21,000btu version for about a month now and I am completely satisfied. The machine is amazing in cooling, it cools the room immediately and in quiet mode it is relatively silent without compromising performance.
I probably got the defective one.
The service of Toyotomi is nonexistent.
One year later, it doesn't cool. You send messages and wait for the company to call you, but it never happens.
I regret changing my old FUJIMI brand, which at least worked regardless of the brand. I will never buy a Toyotomi product again.

It has been a year already and they work perfectly.
In heating, they have been used minimally as the temperature of the house in winter does not drop below 18.

Approximately 1 month of operation. I would give it 5 stars if I didn't struggle so much with the wifi connection. The instructions are inadequate and need to be changed. You need to connect to a 2.4 GHz network (separate networks through the router) and name the 2.4 network (SSID) with digits = letters that do not exceed 32 characters along with the password. Give a short name that also includes 2.4 GHz, for example Peter-2.4GHz. When you reset the Wifi on the air conditioner and start the process through the application, be very close to the machine. If you follow these steps, you will connect very easily.
Excellent performance and quality. It exceeded my expectations. In 120 sqm, I did not expect it to cool the entire space with very good home insulation, as well as in one of the bedrooms where I also have a similar 9000 unit that needed to be used very little, but not both together so far. Very good but not clean toyotomi. The module inside is gree. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes. It has excellent properties for its money though
It has been placed in a bedroom.
It has wifi, allowing you to control it even outside the house, easily set a timer, and generally not have to constantly search for the remote. It is also quite quiet and has low power consumption.
I have it in my living room, which is about 60 square meters. The insulation is not the best.
It has been working for a year now, both in cold and hot weather.
**Winter**
I set it to medium fan speed, with the ionizer on, and a temperature of 24-26 degrees. I live in Athens, so we don't have very harsh winters. Every time I have turned it on, it heats up the room like an oven. It has an average consumption of 1.8-2.2 kWh. It reaches the desired temperature in 20 minutes, and I measured it with a thermometer next to the balcony door and in a relatively distant area from the air-conditioner. It doesn't make much noise, although the fan speed does play a role. In a month, I noticed that it consumed 140 kWh for about 2-3 hours of daily use.
**Summer**
In the summer, just like in winter, it performs very well. It cools down the room in just a few minutes. In the summer, it consumes slightly more electricity. Around 2.1-2.5 kWh, but it doesn't need to stay on for a long time. In fact, if you set the temperature correctly, you can leave it on for several hours with much lower consumption. Specifically, on a day when it was 38 degrees outside, after 6 hours of operation at 24 degrees, it had an average consumption of 1.7 kWh.
The only negative thing I have noticed is that the external unit makes quite a bit of noise, but it's understandable since it is quite large.
I think it's worth buying at its current price
I have only used it for heating so far. It quickly heats up a 90 sqm space. The indoor unit is relatively quiet, but the outdoor unit makes a lot of noise like most 24, unfortunately. The remote control is very nice, but it takes a little time to send the commands.
6 months of operation very good in cooling very good in heating relatively quiet inside and outside, power consumption within reasonable limits. Buttttttttt...........after 6 months of flawless operation it suddenly stopped workingggggg.......So their technician came, took it and from there the odyssey began. To cut a long story short, the machine is good as long as there is no factory error and the service intervention is not needed...
I recommend it with closed eyes, it worked well during the summer, it has a turbo function that produces a lot of air, either cooling down or heating up the temperature. Now that it's winter and it's 4-5 degrees outside at night, it performs perfectly without losing any efficiency! I have it installed in my room with the door open to warm up the rest of the house, including the bathroom and the entrance. When I come back from the cold outside and enter the house, I immediately feel the warmth. The house is 50 square meters, with the kitchen next to the bathroom, hallway, living room, and bedroom. However, it doesn't affect anything. I'm curious to see if it will still perform as well when the temperature reaches 0!
16αρι- I got it for a large living room/kitchen and if it can cool down the indoor spaces (rooms) a little. Literally, it only cools down the living room!!!! Unfortunately, although I have tried toyotomi several times, I don't know why they released this 16αρι on the market. It is only enough for a house under 30-40sqm and still with great caution, it is slightly more powerful than 12αρι (very little). Also, the remote control never works on the first try (this specific one may be problematic). Nevertheless, it is not worth its money for any reason, fortunately we bought it through a program and at the first opportunity I will replace it with something else.
Update: the heating compared to the cooling is very satisfactory, it warms up the space quickly even at the first intensity level.

In the use so far, it has shown how good a machine it is.

My refrigeration technician told me that it is manufactured in the GREE factory, which is one of the largest on the planet and is renowned for its quality.
I put it in a 25 square meter room, the 12, it's miraculous, it cools and in other rooms, so it's for more than 25+ sq.m. Quite fast cooling. The noise is not something terrible, it is within reasonable limits, the external unit makes a little more noise but still tolerable. Very good air conditioner, the only negative thing I find to say is that you have to download another application to operate it with wifi because its own is useless. If someone wants the application, they will find it under the name: "ewpe smart".
We bought it this year for our country house. Tested in cooling, it cools a regular room just fine. The indoor unit is relatively quiet, at least it didn't bother me at all. However, the outdoor unit makes a sound as if a drone is flying around... that's why I didn't give it 5 stars.
Update 16.12.23: I also bought a 24,000 BTU for my house at a very good offer due to Black Friday. Very good performance, no doubt about it, but guys, it's not that quiet. The outdoor unit is okay, I decided to go for a slightly quieter one, but it seems that's how they all are. Now, however, I noticed with the 24,000 BTU that even the indoor unit (even in quiet mode) makes this buzzing sound and it's loud (not unbearable, but it becomes tiring in the long run). Also, I want to mention a comment I saw from someone else. Set at 22 degrees heat, with room temperature at 24, it doesn't stop working. Also, the remote control for the 24,000 BTU has more functions than the 9,000 BTU.
We bought it because we were assured that it is quiet and we did not regret it, not that it lacks anything else. The apartment becomes a refrigerator in no time

Excellent for small rooms the 9,000 BTU. I don't know about larger BTU but the 9,000 one is completely silent both the indoor and outdoor unit. The fans of my PC make more noise. If someone has a 9,000 BTU and it makes noise, probably the device is defective or maybe there is an issue with the installation (I don't know if a bad installation can play a role in the noise)
For heating, I haven't used it so I don't have an opinion. We have it in the bedroom, I set it to 25 degrees and it becomes a refrigerator. Completely silent. Especially now with the heatwave, you can't even tell, its cooling is very good. I don't have an opinion on consumption, I will come back with a real one.
I didn't expect it to be so quiet, good performance in cooling from what I have tested, the wifi serves for remote control.
I read a lot and ended up choosing this brand based on potential maintenance compared to an "anonymous" one. I consider the price of 420 to be fair. It is ultra quiet! I feel sorry for those who had issues, luckily I am not one of them! It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the desired temperature AND the temperature is the same as the corresponding room thermometer I have! From me, it's a YES!!!
Very good value for money. It can be connected to a mobile phone for remote operation (with more capabilities). Personally, the indoor unit seems completely silent to me (quieter than my refrigerator), and the outdoor unit is barely audible (only when you are on the balcony). Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.
Very powerful air conditioner. It freezes it at idle at 25 degrees with moderate insulation in 45 square meters. Quiet indoors and outdoors.
The controller is very functional and user-friendly, easy to connect with the application, the blinds automatically turn left and right (someone had commented that they do not turn). It comfortably covers 75 square meters in cooling.

I was torn between this and a Tesla that was about €100 cheaper. I chose this one to play it safe, even though the 12-inch Tesla I have is really good.
So:
1. The internal unit is noisy. The mechanic told me as soon as he saw it, but I didn't believe him. I thought it would have been mentioned in the reviews.
2. The remote control, besides not being very attractive, doesn't have all the functions that the machine offers. It also has a dent on the back, which makes it difficult to know which side you're holding if you don't look. Oh, and it doesn't light up.
3. There is no left-right swing (like in the Tesla). It would have been very convenient for me because it had to be placed directly opposite the couch, so the air would blow directly on me.
4. When it's closed, there is a red indicator that it's closed, as if it's not obvious... You can turn it off so it doesn't show, from the remote control, by pressing "Light" (very self-explanatory, huh?), but then you won't be able to see the temperature when it's open...
5. It cools a space larger than the one it's intended for.
I don't have an opinion yet on heating and efficiency.

στο χειριστήριο, στην επιλογή ταχύτητας πατάς ως που να βγάλει στην οθόνη τα ακούστηκα.
Γεια σας, θα ήθελα να ρωτησω το εξης. Ζω στην Βορεια ελλαδα σε μονοκατοικια που δεν ακουμπαει κανενα σπιτι απο διπλα. Μενω σε δωματιο 10τμ στον οροφο μου, με 2 δωματια αριστερα και δεξια που θα τα εχω κλειστα και ενα διαδρομο 3 μετρα περιπου και ενα μπανακι. Θα βαλω και πτυσσομενη πορτα να αποκλεισω τον μεσαιο οροφο ωστε να μην ερχεται το πολυ κρυο επανω. Το ερωτημα μου ειναι το εξης. Μου ειπαν οτι το 9000 θα με καλυψει σαν ζεστη αλλα τι γινεται εαν πεσει η θερμοκρασια κατω απο 5, κατω απο 0 ή μειον??? Αποδιδει το κλιματιστικο γρηγορα και σωστα η θα κολλαει ή θα αργει να ξαναπαρει μπρος??? και επισης μου ανεφεραν οτι ισως να προτιμουσα 12000 ωστε να μην δυσκολευεται να ξεκινησει και ετσι δεν θα ζοριζεται και δεν θα καταναλωνει το ιδιο σε ρευμα οπως θα προσπαθησει το 9000 σε πολυ κρυο καιρο. Τι ισχυει ?????Με καλυπτει τελειως το 9000? η θα πρεπει να παρω 12000 και με συμφερει περισσοτερο?? (εχω σκοπο να το καιω μετα την εργασια μου κανα 10ωρο 8ωρο το πολυ και ισως στα πολυ κρυα με νυχτερινη λειτουργια. Δεν εχω ξαναβαλει κλιματιστικο στον χωρο μου ουτε καν για ψυξη. και το θελω σαν λυση θερμανσης τον χειμωνα. Ευχαριστω.
με ενδιαφέρει αν είναι αθόρυβο γιατι το θέλω για υπνοδωμάτιο και επίσης αν έχει αφύγρανση και αν καθαρίζει κατά ιων και βακτηρίων, έχει αυτά τα χαρακτηριστικά;
Αν το βάλεις στη σχετική λειτουργία είναι όντως αθόρυβο ειδικά για την ψύξη που παράγει. Ιδανικό θα έλεγα για υπνοδωμάτιο καθώς έχει και λειτουργίες όπως Sleep & Health που βοηθούν στον καθαρισμό του αέρα.
