  The first one, after 3 malfunctions in a month and several technician visits, they replaced it for me. (With a lot of pressure and even threats of lawsuits)
  Now the second one has started doing strange things lately, like suddenly turbocharging itself and making a creaking noise.
  The fake features, like the light indicating air quality, have been showing green all this time and never changed. I have air purifiers at home that change the light and it seems that it really doesn't have good air quality. I mentioned this to the technician and he told me that all these things are basically marketing and that it doesn't matter how many things you put in an air conditioner, it still has cheaper materials like the sensor. And he said that I bought an air conditioner, not a purifier, so it has an expensive sensor.
  It also constantly shows an error during sterilization, it never completes it. And in communication with the inventor (it did the same thing with the first one and that was one of the reasons they replaced it), they told me that because it's hot, it can't sterilize during the summer months. It will be clear in the autumn whether they are telling the truth or just fooling around.

  We have it for 1 and a half years, it is very economical, quiet, and very efficient in both cooling and heating. Compared to the inventor legend that I have in another room (same 12,000 BTU), it is definitely better in all aspects but also quite more expensive. Tremendous ease of use with the inventor app (on iOS)

  It has a decade warranty, the noise it makes is within reasonable limits, plenty of options for adjusting the blinds, it hasn't been tested in the summer yet but it worked great for the cold of winter 2022-2023! And the electricity bill is slightly higher but still within normal range, even with daily use for almost the entire night (8-10 hours).

  Update at the end of July, it performs very well for the extremely hot days we reached 45 degrees, I even set it to cool at 30 degrees and it was perfect!!! I needed a cover at 25 degrees.

  + Very powerful, it heats up the room immediately.
  + 10-year warranty.
  + Very nice air purification.

  - It makes noise, but it has a 24-hour timer box, which is not like the 12-hour ones, but I don't find it so negative for me.
  - What bothered me a lot, and was one of the reasons for my purchase, is that even though it has a 4-direction air option, it doesn't work at all, which would have been very convenient for me due to the room layout and placement. No matter where you place it, even if you see the blinds changing and going in the direction you want, the air only goes forward and not to the right or left, no matter how strong you set it.
