Overall nice washing machine, I have it for almost 1 month. As soon as I washed the clothes in the new washing machine, I immediately noticed the difference with the old one. They neither stick nor smell bad and require 2 washes. Very satisfactory programs, the shortest one is 30 minutes. Relatively very quiet. Large drum. It also has a timer setting which is very nice. It will show over time how durable it is.

I recently bought the washing machine. It washes clothes well, and when I say well, I mean that everyday stains come out. Now, I am a person too, so you understand. What I want to emphasize is to be careful for those who have a countertop and want to remove the lid. The washing machine says 84.5 height, my previous washing machine had a height of 85 and the lid fit perfectly. This one has an iron protruding which didn't fit, I had to come up with a whole trickery, I barely removed the screws from the countertop to lift it a few millimeters and fit the washing machine. Now, another issue is that it makes noise, not throughout the entire duration but when it takes in water, during the spin cycle, and at some other moments it makes noise, maybe the same as my 10-year-old washing machine. The review is in relation to my previous washing machine, also an LG 8kg, which after 11-12 years of use, burned its circuit board. I have the impression that overall, the LG was about 10-15% better, definitely quieter during spin cycles, and had a more user-friendly and simple menu (even in Greek). I haven't noticed any difference in washing and drying between the two. The Whirlpool is a good choice, relatively economical, considering its energy class (B) and the steam function it has. Now, as for the program times, usually what it initially shows at the start of the wash cycle gets shortened along the way, maybe a couple of quick programs are missing. However, the main criterion in evaluating a washing machine is its durability over time, so I reserve judgment on that.

Compared to a twenty-year-old Bosch, it doesn't have the same result in washing. We are looking for washing boosters. It is important that sometimes we found the clothes wet, we put it on the program to spin, but it did nothing, just turned at a slow pace. Watching it in other washes, sometimes it bypasses the spinning process, and even removes the spinning time from the total wash time. It has nothing to do with the weight, as we tried even putting half the clothes. It hasn't done it again the last few times, but I hope it does because unfortunately it has a very short warranty.

I bought it from a store, very quickly because the previous one had broken. It is truly a gem because the quality-price ratio is real and worth it. Ideally, I miss 2-3 programs but overall it is good. Only the program for cotton is huge and the time does not change, but okay, it's a detail. The program that keeps them warm and fresh is really the best thing that has saved me, as well as the wide range of waiting time options before it starts. I recommend it as a decent family appliance.
