Dioforce Diatomaceous Earth is a mineral of plant origin formed from the accumulation of a very large number of fossilized diatoms (single-celled algae). When they die, the fine skeletons remain, which are the hard, porous outer cell walls of the diatoms, with silicon dioxide as their main component (up to 90%), which settle, accumulate, and form large deposits, the diatomaceous earth.

Dioforce Diatomaceous Earth comes from freshwater diatom deposits, selected, of very high purity, is a 100% natural product and FOOD GRADE quality. It can be used as a natural product against insects - pests.

Dioforce Diatomaceous Earth is suitable for safe use in pet areas, homes, warehouses, raw material storage silos, sheepfolds, poultry farms, stables, pig farms, crops, and even vegetable gardens. Applied even on or around vegetables, there is no safety period for their consumption, only washing. It is non-toxic to humans, warm-blooded animals, and the environment, and most of the time, more effective than chemical pesticides. Insects and other pests do not develop resistance to Dioforce Diatomaceous Earth.

The way it works against pests - insects is by causing damage/perforation of their exoskeleton due to the particular sharp shape of the diatomaceous earth, resulting in their dehydration and eventually death.

It combats: Ants of all sizes, Lepidoptera caterpillars, Coleoptera larvae, leaf miners, fleas, lice, bedbugs, mites, ticks, cockroaches, snails, slugs, spiders, termites, centipedes, flies, earwigs, aphids, and many more, without killing beneficial earthworms.

Additionally, it can be used in animal feed as an additive according to EU REG 1831/2003 and 769/2009, as well as in Organic Farming and Organic Livestock EU REG 1584/2018 and 505/2012.
