It was purchased for my brother to use, he has had it for three months and he is very satisfied. Overall, it serves him well for moderate use. His only complaint is that it takes a little time to screw and unscrew the discs. For its price, it is very good and it is easily stored without taking up much space.

1) The weights are cheap and made of plastic, which means they will break at some point. I hope you don't do any overhead exercises at that moment (skullcrashers made real?)
2) A cheerful fact is that the central piece that connects the weights to form a bar is metal... except that the screw piece is plastic, which means the metal piece does nothing... I almost broke my leg and the floor if I hadn't realized it quickly. The screw piece on the bar doesn't hold anything except wishes and dreams, it seems to be stuck to the metal (without glue), so I glued it with a glue gun (wish me luck).
3) The weights are bulky.
4) The screws to secure the weights are cheap and loosen on their own, I check them after each exercise.
5) Don't get them if you want to stay injury-free.
6) Okay, they are cheap, but a visit to the hospital is expensive and painful.

It is annoying to put on and take off, and in a family of 4 we do it often. However, okay, I expected that. What concerns me is that in the long run, I don't believe the (type) clamps will hold. Already, sometimes, they loosen a bit.

Some say that it loosens or unscrews, resulting in a risk of the discs falling off, but this does not apply to me, everything is perfect. The only negative is that if someone wants to have 30kg on the bar, not all the discs fit, only 20kg can be forced. But I am satisfied because the entire set is made of good quality plastic and you don't have to worry about hitting it for Work Home. I could have spent much more money on a "regular" bar, but I don't have the space at home. This specific one is a very good choice, I approve!

1) They can unscrew on their own! No matter how tight you screw them, the discs may unscrew and come off! (the skullcrushers exercise... almost became a reality!)
2) It is slow to tighten, especially if you need to change discs frequently (of course, I have no experience with other dumbbells, if the "clamp" comes off/goes on faster in others)
3) Sometimes the clamp gets stuck and doesn't come off at all... at least you work out your wrists

Ask for the productΚαλησπέρα. Οι αλτηρες αντέχουν/χωρανε παραπάνω κιλά; Αν πχ βαλω 20 στον 1, αντι για 10+10. Οι δισκοι και οι ασφάλειες μπαινουν σε αλλες μπαρες και βαση αλτηρων?

Η μπάρα που τα συνδέει είναι πλαστική;
Ναι, έτσι φαίνεται. Οι άκρες είναι πλαστικές με βόλτες και οι δίσκοι στέκονται με πλαστικά (τύπου) παξιμάδια. Στη μέση έχει αφρώδη επένδυση (θετικό) και νομίζω ότι από κάτω υπάρχει μέταλλο αλλά δεν είμαι σίγουρη γιατί δεν φαίνεται, το υποθέτω από την αίσθηση/βάρος κλπ.
Η πλαστική μπάρα αντέχει όντως τα 30 κιλά η υπάρχει περίπτωση να σπάσει;
τι Φ είναι οι αλτηρες ή τα βάρη
