For the money, it's okay... just some things are missing from the package (like the bottom guide for the bearing or the shorter screw for the handlebar).. If your hands don't fit to install it yourself, you will have a problem.. but if they do, with some minor adjustments, it works fine... be careful to tighten the spring to make it a bit harder because otherwise it's too soft, no matter if you have 10-inch tires or a short distance
