These don't work, the authentic ones cost over 20 euros as they have specific material inside that doesn't freeze, these particular ones break after one use if you don't handle them carefully.

It does what it promises. Very relieving on the face and neck. Be careful if it is frozen, do not let it stick to the skin and cause a burn. I try it with moisturizer to avoid the problem
