Seven years ago, I reached 167 kilos (I was always a bit of a big guy since I was a child, but never like this), so I got fed up and in 11 months, with intense exercise, extremely careful diet (except for the relatively restrictive diet of the first two months), I reached 87 kilos (see photo). I think it does a spectacular job in converting fat into muscle mass. However, I don't know how much it helps with weight loss without exercise. After all, we all know that exercise is not necessarily required when using fat burners. I have bought a product from this company before, but this is my first time trying the CLA. So far, it has helped with weight loss and mainly suppresses my appetite, which is very important when you are trying to lose weight. However, it should always be combined with aerobic exercise, as these supplements are not "magic pills" for weight loss without any physical activity. Despite being a large capsule, it is easy to swallow and does not have any taste. I have not experienced any side effects so far.
If you are going to exercise and diet, you don't really need it, since exercise alone helps you lose fat. I don't know. It seems like a pointless gift to me.

In combination with exercise and diet, you can lose about 0.5-0.8 kilograms per week. It generally has immediate results and I also notice toning of my silhouette and definition with 2 capsules per day. Having a serious musculoskeletal problem (I will soon undergo spinal surgery and waist), the only exercise I am allowed is walking. I walk for 30 minutes every day. Five months ago, I started a diet with the help of a nutritionist.
In the first month, I only lost 600g.. height 1.82 and weight from 84.7 to 84.1 (with a decrease in muscle mass and an increase in fat), but the next 2 months I lost about 2.2 kg (without significant changes in diet) and went down to 81.9, with an increase in muscle mass (without weights) and a decrease in fat. The opposite happened.
Since then, another 2 months have passed and today I weigh 80.5 kg (from 81.9), I have lost another 1.4 kg.
Tonalin helps with burning as long as you have a good diet (lots of protein, plant fibers, a little good fat, and a moderate amount of good carbohydrates and plenty of water) and exercise, especially aerobic exercise.
Certainly, 4.2 kg in 5 months is not much.
However, keep in mind that many times I take strong painkillers for the pain in my waist and back, and some days I have difficulty walking, so I cannot exercise.
CLA helps if you make an overall effort. Not on its own. You can't eat 2 kilograms of souvlaki and half a cake and expect tonalin to make you lose weight.
With exercise and diet, it does a good job!!! There will never be something magical that can do the job on its own if you don't sweat and deprive yourself, you don't do anything in general!!!!
