Although it was connected hydraulically, it was leaking constantly. After many attempts, I managed to seal it at the input/output of the filter, but it continued to leak at the screwing of the bottom part of the device with the top. I returned it, the service did not deal with it at all, and they refunded me.

In combination with the 3μm filter from the same company under the sink, I have peace of mind as there was an issue with old pipes

Very good device, we had a big issue with salts and dirt in the pipes and we installed the filter. Big difference in taste but also in the appearance of the water. Apparently easy installation but for good or bad we brought a plumber to do it

Very good device that goes under the counter and is not visible at all. I prefer it over filters with faucets that are on top of the counter
