I have tried many products to reduce cholesterol levels. Regarding this Solgar product, I can say that after a long period without exercise, the blood tests I took did not show a decrease in cholesterol, but neither did they show an increase. I found the same values I had before when I was exercising. So maybe it works... Maybe it doesn't lower it as promised, but it doesn't raise it too much. This is my opinion
