In order to resolve the issue, please follow the steps described below:
1- Make sure to have the last version updated of MSmartHome application.
- Delete the device from the application.
3- Log out of the application and log in again.
4- Power off your WI-FI and device for 3 minutes and power it on again.
5- Restart the connection between the device and the router again.
You can press the HOME button on the robot when it is on the clean base.
Press the "Empty Bin" button in the app. If your robot is on the clean base, this button will appear directly under the CLEAN button in the HOME app.
If the "Empty Bin" button does not appear in the app, please follow these simple steps.
If the evacuation does not occur when the robot docks or the "Empty Bin" button no longer shows in the Home Move the robot approximately eight (8) feet away from the clean base and press its HOME button. Once the robot docks onto the Clean base, its bin should empty automatically, and the "Empty Bin" button will be displayed in the app.
If the issue persists after attempting this step, you will need to reboot your robot by pressing and holding its CLEAN button for 20 seconds. When you release the button, the light ring will show a white clockwise swirl while your robot reboots.
