It incorporates multiple exercises, while the 55 kg weight plates are sufficient even for someone who trains regularly. It is equipped with a protective mesh for the weights and includes an integrated dual-headrest and a small straight bar. Its pulleys have bearings, which contribute to the extremely smooth movement of the load during exercise.

Tricep Pillow - Quadricep Training System
Place your hands on the front cushion and isolate your triceps/biceps for better training. Use the small bar attached to the lower pulley and start doing curls. Train your quadriceps using the training system with the help of the cushions on your feet.
High rowing machine
By adjusting their incline, the Pec Deck allows for comfortable high rowing with the help of the pulley located at the top.

Everything was inside the four boxes of the packaging and nothing was missing.
The machine seems sturdy and operates without any shaking or noise.
I dared to buy this particular one (even though it had no reviews on Skroutz) because of
- the middle pulley for the abs and
- the rowing from the seat of the machine with adjustable (easy) inclination of the Pec Deck.
The ability to adjust the backrest angle is convenient for countering the chest in the above exercise.
The seat is adjustable in height and helps with adjustment, and the fabric quality is decent.
The only deterrent might be the 55 kilograms compared to others that have more, 65, 67, 70...
In any case, I don't regret it.
Finally, what I realized when searching for a multi-gym and exercise bike is that many of them are Chinese and often exactly the same, except for the real brand names and higher prices.
Company X in China produces the Y machine and sells it anywhere, only changing colors and logos for the selling company to market it as their own and with different pricing, of course.
By searching on Skroutz, you will see many such identical fashion products, which, however, differ significantly in price (the exact same exercise bike ranging from €149-€269!!)
So, as a conclusion, decide on the exercises you want to do, find the machine that suits you (features, Skroutz reviews, etc.), and search on Skroutz for photos of its "twin" in different colors and branding, which is likely to be significantly cheaper.
However, I did not find this specific construction like the "Amila HG650" in any other machine, and in any case, if there are no problems with its use, I am very satisfied.
