One of the best organic spirulinas I have tried and I have also tried the "regular" one plain without royal jelly and I think it is better. It gives a "kick" of energy compared to the regular one.. but I take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 in the afternoon per day sometimes and 4 tablets depending on the daily routine, with 1-2 tablets I don't think anyone will notice a difference but of course it depends on the person, age, physical condition etc. try it at first with 1,2 tablets and see.
