Purchased during a change in lipid treatment with excellent results as I couldn't take the necessary medication due to summer. Combined with artichoke extract (unknown contribution of it), ezetimibe, dietary changes, and alcohol cessation. Two capsules were administered daily.

In just over a month, triglycerides were halved - they had reached four digits - however, due to underlying health conditions and previous careless eating combined with daily alcohol consumption, I do not know to what extent the detoxification of the body contributed and to what extent the supplement did.

Recommended for those suffering from the side effects of statins and for people who do not have significant issues with their cholesterol and triglycerides and do not wish to take medication. My personal opinion is that those with more serious health issues and who do not experience problems with statins should not settle for this; in short, it does not replace what your doctor will suggest.

Otherwise, they are large capsules - personally, they do not bother me - with a pleasant aftertaste, odorless, and if consumed after a meal, they leave no "fishy" sensation either during swallowing or digestion. The product seems high quality and in my case, it has definitely proven effective.
