A morning, in the early 1980s, in Soviet Russia, in the village of Khotz, Arkadios Konstantinof wakes up as usual, heavy after his night of drinking and disappointed with his life. Conditions will get even worse when he is visited by Skantzochiros, the sidekick of the ruthless loan shark known as Mr. Daniel, to menacingly demand the repayment of an old debt.

Unbeknownst to Arkadios, on that day on his way home, his son Alexandros and his partner Daria are waiting to announce that they are expecting a child. Arkadios welcomes them with three bullets that will reveal the darkness of the human soul.
