In the 3rd edition of the work "Political Economy", the material of the Code of Political Economy is presented with a critical approach and concisely, as it applies after Law No. 4842/2021 and Law No. 4855/2021. The new provisions mainly refer to:

• the electronic conduct of the trial and the partial procedures
• the new amendments that occur for the discussion of cases in the regular procedure (Article 237, etc.)
