They are lightweight shoes. They are not suitable for intense workouts as the material is of average quality. Another disadvantage was that they got dirty very easily; they have this white fabric in the front and it doesn't clean easily. For simple everyday use like walking or going to work, they are quite decent. I have had them for almost two years and they are still holding up.
