A very good creatine for its price. I would prefer it to have some kind of packet for moisture inside because even though it is micronized, it came with "rocks" inside that are relatively difficult to consume. I have not tried it in a shake or anything, I simply do a dry scoop with water.
Lastly, again a matter of preference, but I would prefer the dosage scoop to be 5g instead of the stated 3.5g.
It was the first time I bought this product. I chose it to cope with the exhausting daily schedule and workouts. I admit that I saw improvements in strength and endurance, I didn't feel the exhaustion I used to feel before and overall this helped me psychologically and physically to increase the intensity and frequency of my workouts. It is tasteless, I dissolve it easily in juice or milk with protein using a frappe mixer. The packaging also includes a plastic scoop (you may need to dig a little to find it). I didn't notice any retention of liquids or any stomach discomfort. It should be noted that in order to see results, you need to exercise systematically and have a proper diet. Given that the company is considered reliable, I would recommend it.
I have been using this specific creatine for exactly 1 month now. I don't want to lie, I didn't notice any results or difference in my exercises, strength, or volume, even though I always consume it after exercise and not before in order to nourish my muscles.
It didn't make me bloated at all and I didn't feel any stomach discomfort. It is tasteless and I consume it every time with protein, while it dissolves really easily. I take 1 scoop of the 3.6 grams every day and I didn't bother with a loading phase since it has been proven that it causes bloating and the body doesn't benefit more from it.
Personally, I am satisfied with it and I will buy it again as soon as it finishes. After all, it is no secret that BioTechUSA is dominant in everything it offers!

The creatine is amazing. I take it along with protein for a week now and it has already given me a lot of volume and strength. The dosage I take is not 3.6 as it says, but on average 6 grams, as the normal dosage for my weight (81) is not enough for me. Just like with other creatines that have a dosage of 5 grams, I always take 10 to feel its effects. Every time I tried 5 grams, it was like I wasn't taking anything.
I started as a beginner in 2022 with this creatine. As soon as I finished it, I tried many other creatines from many other companies and I really never found better than this one and I returned. Together with protein, I gained 1.5 kilos in volume within 35 days of hard daily training and strict diet! From 77.400 I am 79.100! From the dosage I take one scoop per day 3.6 grams as it is written above and not overload the first week it does not need more than 3.6 grams per day!

I am new to taking supplements so I don't know how much it will help. I have been going to the gym and watching my diet for 2 months now. For the last month, I have been taking this specific creatine (5g) and I see the so-called swelling. Of course, I don't know how much the creatine or the gym or the diet helped. But I can say that it doesn't bother my stomach and it dissolves very easily.
So I've been using it for 5 days (I'm in the charging phase). At first, I was afraid to take creatine, I thought I would get bloated, I wouldn't be able to lose weight, etc. Initially, what I see so far is that it gives me energy in general, not just for workouts. I don't know if it's a placebo for now, but I know that for the past 2 months, I've been struggling to complete my sets with pre-workout and still felt exhausted. I used this flavorless creatine along with protein in warm milk. Very good and dissolves relatively easily. However, I give it 4 stars for two reasons. Firstly, sometimes it would leave a bit of creatine residue when I mixed it in coffee instead of warm milk, and I would taste a bit of bitterness at the end (I didn't have this issue with milk or orange juice). Secondly, the price for the 300 grams I bought is slightly more expensive than other similar products (of course, I understand that Biotech is a well-known and good brand).
Edit: I should add that I saw good results and more improvement in my performance at the gym when I used this specific creatine.
From the experiments I have done, it combines better with yogurt or cream. It didn't make me bloated but it helped me recover after a workout, and I generally have more endurance when using it. It does its job.
It does what it promises. As for solubility, it doesn't dissolve very well or very poorly. In the loading phase, where the dosage is higher, it bothered me a little, but in a sufficient amount of water, you don't even notice it. Creatine dissolves completely in water and is almost tasteless.

The solubility in water is moderate. You feel like you're drinking water with sand. Also, the taste is classically like flour, so it's better to drink it with protein. In terms of results, it does the job but at around 10-15% max, don't expect to see results as if you took some medication.

δεν εχω κάνει για νεφρά αλλα έχω κάνει εξετάσεις αίματος & ούρων αφού ηδη έπαιρνα ασταμάτητα για 1-2 μήνες και δεν έβγαλε τιποτα. Ωστοσο, αν ιδρώνεις πολυ ήδη, θα δεις οτι θα αφυδατώνεσαι πολυ πιο εύκολα. Θέλει νερό πολύ
