    It's tragic! It was purchased to be assembled by me. I open the package and there were NO user instructions. No matter how much I tried, the front wheel's fender could not be adjusted and it was rubbing against the wheel. The valve was missing from the front wheel! Even if it was received with the factory packaging, there were scratches on one pedal. The overall construction is not as high-quality as advertised. Definitely a disappointing purchase!

    Purchased for my wife. It has a comfortable riding position, quite fast for city routes, and easy enough on hills due to its 21 speeds! Few bikes of this kind have 21 speeds! Quite elegant, more beautiful than the photos! Good quality construction and assembly.
