I bought them because I wanted something cheap to clean the balcony. They indeed don't let water through, but they are definitely not wearable outside. They are very uncomfortable and smell strongly of plastic

For their price, they are good, they do their job. However, the foot is not warm inside, you actually feel anything you step on and they are short in height, I didn't notice that before ordering them. They are nice though for a simple rain shower
