It doesn't go away with anything, not even with food or brushing my teeth. I am very afraid that I will stop and try another brand. In all other aspects, the product seems fine and it hasn't bothered my stomach. But even if it's a good product, what's the point if it ruins the taste? That's why I give it 2 stars solely because of the metallic taste!

Πρέπει να απογεύγεις να καταλώνεις σίδηρο μαζί με ασβέστιο(πχ. γαλακτομικά όπως είπες).Καλό είναι να παίρνεις το σίδηρο 1-2 ώρες πριν φας. Για μένα αν δεν έχεις ευαίσθητο στομάχι πιες το πρωί. *Έαν θες πιές και μια βιταμιίνη C μαζί με τον σίδηρο θα βοηθήσει στην απορρόφηση.
