The volume you are holding in your hands is intended for educators who teach the subject of history in primary or secondary education, as well as for students who are destined to teach history. It is specifically aimed at those who wish to break free from the constraints of the school textbook and work with historical sources in the history lesson. It was designed primarily for the needs of the "MELINA Education and Culture" program, where the specific authoring team was responsible for the training of educators in the subject of local history and history in general. We believed that the publication of this volume would allow for further utilization of the material it contains.
The activities proposed here have been implemented in workshops with educators of primary education, which allowed for their evaluation and improvement.
